Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our requests at breakfast with non menu items and then Dinu at front desk was very accommodating with tending to our needs. Housekeeping was also so thoughtful and continued to leave extra bottles of water knowing that we needed them after asking just once. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

AustraliaOverall, the hotel felt as though it was still recovering from Covid lockdowns, when the hotel had to shut up shop. There were small irritations that seemed cheap, such as there were no tissues provided, and the A/C allowed you to set the temperature to 18 degrees, but only ever reached 21 degrees.
The location was very central, so we didn't to go far to find things we wanted to do or see. The staff were excellent and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was wide ranging which gave us the opportunity to try many different food options.

OmanThe AC needs to be attended to; it is not very effective, and the Temperature adjustments did not work much. Dental Kits, soap, combs, etc. can be provided for two people since the room has been taken for double occupancy.
Breakfast was good with a good spread. The room was quite comfortable with enough space to move around. The location is also very convenient, Staff was accommodative and welcoming. Overall it is a good place to stay
