Try to change the check-in time to maybe about 12'o clock.

The swimming pool was well maintained and refreshing. Loved the restaurant's interior, very elegant and inviting. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend!

It was raining during my stay so a bit of mopping by the hallway should have done. They did place some caution sign that floor was slippery, but still it has puddle of water.

The buffet spread was decent but the spread was limited. It could have been better. The alcohol counter is part of the restaurant where they serve the food without any partition. This may disappoint many especially families with little kids.

The room was truly an architectural masterpiece. Very different from the regular hotel rooms. Room was very spacious with a seperate dressing area and a balcony. Bathroom was very spacious and elegant too. This hotel is has a direct entrance to the Forum mall that makes this hotel location even more convenient.

Nothing to dislike!

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

I recently stayed here and had a pleasant experience overall. What I really liked was that the room was very cozy, offering a comfortable and welcoming ambience. Another highlight was the convenience of having a mall located within the property, making it easy to step out for shopping or dining. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to various city centers. However, one area for improvement would be the room lighting. It wasn’t up to the mark and didn’t provide sufficient brightness, which slightly affected the overall comfort. Enhancing the lighting would definitely make the stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would consider staying here again.

Some areas to improve considering its a 2 year old property: Constantly check the balcony slide doors, warmer near pastries and 2 access cards

Few things were good: The rooms were tastefully designed with quality amenities and balcony access. The Hotel access to The Forum Mall was comfortable.

Booked for a night, wished we had stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were greeted with a warm welcom, and check-in process was prompt. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed with all luxury toiletries. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with options to suit every taste. Convenient access to Forum mall is definitely a plus! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Right beside Forum mall. too close to city and very congested.

Booked this hotel room for my parents. Since there are not many Accor hotels in Kerala, Marriott group actually did a great job with this. Will be changing to Marriott Bon Voy very soon. This hotel reached above our expectations and was very neatly kept. The entire staff team was very helpful. Good job Artiste Team !

Especially in this place I can't say that there is a small thing that I didn't like because everything in the hotel is beautiful

Pool was not working and couldn't be used.

Friendly staff, rooms are beyond exceptional and amazing location. The buffet dinner and breakfast was really good. Best part - Abisheikh - the bartender.
