Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SwitzerlandOne of the best hotels you can get in Bangalore. Very beautiful and top notch. A unique feature of this place is a really huge amazing garden / park, the biggest one I've ever seen, especially in the center of a big city. Some big old trees were incredible. There is a room in the park full of rabbits one can pet and feed. There are two swimming pools surrounded by beautiful plants, one is restricted to club members (but it was empty and available tbh). You can extend the stay till 14:00 for an extra fee.

SingaporeThe property is resort style and open facing. There appeared to be two problems when it rained while we were there. First the floors became wet, and the floors are non-grip tiles, rendering it slippery and potentially difficult to walk safely when wet. Second, the risk of mosquitoes in wet weather and high temperatures, given the lush vegetation. Also, we ate at the Vietnamese restaurant and we felt the service could have been a little more attentive. And the food standard was mediocre. We were also surprised at the dress code, when diners were in singlet and shorts. It was stated as fine dining, as was the price.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. In particular, Mr.Nadarajan, who met us and guided us at the airport, and even at departure. Mr Arjun at front desk and Miss KC, who went out of her way to help us with the room change requested. Mr.Diwakar, the bartender who really made us feel welcome. The Machan restaurant staff were also very attentive and helpful at breakfast each day. The food in both Machan and Loya is superb. The spa, though a little expensive, was also an amazing experience.

Beautiful , peaceful and big property. While close to the action you feel like you are tucked away in a forest away from a bustling city. A special shout out to the concierge service, especially Mohammed, who looked after me and treated me as if I was the only guest, which I was not. He was absolutely brilliant and went out of his way (as far as going to fetch a RCB jersey for me) to make my stay memorable.
