Great location ,beautiful surroundings atmosphere,great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff over, lovely and great first impression of hotel . Everything about the hotel was exceptional.it was clean stylish,roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Memorable experience at Taj Ronak luxury Agra. We had a great stay at the Taj Ronak luxury Agra in the first week of March. We booked 1 rooms and we got interconnecting rooms for increased fun. The hotel was 10-15 mins drive from the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. The room was spacious and had all the modern amenities. The room also had an big Android TV so it meant we were binging on OTT whenever we were not on the street. The Guest relations executive Shilpa guided us on various aspects during the course of our stay. I would surely like to come back to Taj Ronak luxury Agra in future.

The hotel is new and super clean. Great location. They help us a lot with everything. They brought the breakfast to our room and drop us off to bus station. They have tv with netflix, prime, etc It has been a surprise. Our best hotel in India. Bathroom was exceptional and also with hot water. Highly recommendable :)

United KingdomEverything. First, we could not find the place on google maps. We had to drive through some dodgy market areas to get to the place because of the instruction the reception staff gave us. I had booked two rooms, one which had the AC dysfunctional and one where you cant control the AC temperature which was set at 16.5 degree C. One of the room literally had a tv with a white plastic sheet fitted on the TV as opposed to actual TV. The hotel states breakfast included, but for a self proclaimed 4 star hotel not have their own seating area and offering a room service for breakfast was the point I knew it was a mistake. The staff were new but wherever they could help, did help but they had very limited knowledge and decision making powers. Big mistake... Avoid if you are travelling with family.
The twin double room was big.. that was the only highlight of the stay

IrelandWe picked this hotel as it was a 4 star hotel on booking.com. The only thing about the 4 star was the price. There were insects on the bed, bed sheets dirty with blood, dirty bathroom, no AC working in one of the rooms. We advised the receptionist about this issue and left the room. Asked for it to be refunded, were told it would be refunded and still nobody has contacted us. We ordered room service dinner and asked for no spicy food, but the food was so spicy that nobody could eat it. It all went to waste. Also the area was very bad.

AustriaDirty bed sheets full of hair. It was very loud during my stay, i could not sleep the whole night because other guests were screaming and listening music very loud. The hotel staff could not fix this problem. The hotel also charges you for water (40 rupiees per bottle - it should be for free!!!) The breakfast was a joke, no options available.
The room was modern but thats the only good thing.
