Our host was lovely - she took care of everything we needed, was friendly and offered us recommendations. We particularly appreciated her letting us take over her living room so we could watch the football! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had the most amazing stay and would recommend anyone coming to kochi to stay here. The hosts were super lovely and accommodating and always ensuring I was comfortable, got home at night. I had the omelette for breakfast each morning which was delicious and filling for my day. The room is perfect for a solo traveller, particularly for size. Outside the room is a table and chairs to chill at/work. The wifi worked very well and was strong. The location was good, out of the main area, but a short walk away from it. There is a cafe with western food next door that is open for breakfast and dinner on all days except Monday, making it very easy to grab a meal. Whilst the room was perfect and everything I was after, the hosts made the stay even better. I I'll be staying here again when I return.

We really enjoyed staying here! it was central, easy access, walk-able from old town, clean and simple, great price and the host was so sweet and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again. I also really loved how open, airy, and bright with the windows wrapping around the top floor, filled with plants and seating it was really pretty space.

This is a no frills home stay. So if you are used to air con, hot and cold running water and room service, this might not be for you. I loved it!

Usha was a lovely host and we enjoyed her company. She arranged a driver to take us Alleppy and also arranged our stay on a houseboat. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and suited our needs. Central to Fort Kochin. Usha made us a delicious breakfast before we set off for Alleppy. Highly recommend. Thank you Usha 😊

Its a budget friendly stay tbh. You generally do not get place for this price. The place was neat and clean. If you are looking to crash for a night then I would definitely recommend this place. It’s near to the beach and the side by market.

I think the best thing about the guesthouse is Usha, the best hostess you could ever have in India. Always attentive to your tastes, she always advises the best, if you want she will cook for you a good grilled fish, she is a good cook. Ask her anything you want and she will solve it for you, she makes you feel at home. The rooms are very good, they are not very big but they have hot water and they are very clean. And the historic center is a 5 minute walk, what more could you ask for?
