Hardwater supply

Hotel is near to Taj Mahal. Staff was very coperative. Room is very good but hotel should try to get ganga water. Currently, using hard water.

The room itself was old and dirty, especially the bathroom. Rust and dust. Hot water is tempremental but the staff sort it out. Bathroom was very small and the sink as well.

The hotel location was 10 mins walks from the property, you can ride tuktuk if you want to make it easier. The bed was comfy.The staff were very friendly and tried their best to assist in our request.

We got good room, but you n the ground floor right next to reception which was quite noisy late at night and early in the morning. Not all power outlets worked correctly

No privacy as voice from neighbour room clearly audible. False claim that it’s 2 minutes walking distance. It’s preety far. Very small rooms and washroom. Geyser plug broken and hence non functional. Online showing price of 5000/room but discounted to 2040/day. By no way, the rooms worth 5000/ day. It’s just making fool of tourist.

One minor problem was that when I checked in, I knew that dinner was not included in the booking, only breakfast. However, I got a call to say that my meal was ready. I didn't understand if it was a nice gesture or if they were trying to tell me if I was hungry then service was available. I was already full from my day's venture so I said ok hung up and went back to sleep. Next was a knock at my door and a man led me to the restaurant. I looked at the menu grabbed something and was charged 450 rupees. So I told a man at the restaurant I would go to my room to grab some money and come back, as I was walking back out of my room he was there with the bill and I paid him with a 50 rupee tip. Check out, I was greeted with 850 showing on a calculator and told that's how much I owed for dinner. Not only did I say I paid for it and the guy at reception saw on the receipt it was paid, but where did the extra 400 come from?

This place was next door to the accommodation I stayed at the night before. Affordable price and there is a restaurant upstairs. Staff were helpful

The stairs are too high to climb for someone who has knee issues. It isn't wheelchair friendly.

Visited Agra for just a day and needed to stay close to Taj Mahal. Must say, it is very close walking distance to taj. However I advise to take the main road instead of the route that Google shows .

They do not even offer a single bottle of water in the room for the guests.usually all hotels provide per person a bottle as complimentary. When you book a room for 2600 and are not provided with a single water bottle..it's disappointing. Also while Booking it was mentioned that the room is triple deluxe categay.but on arrival we came to know that they just provide an extra mattress in the existing double room... this lack of transparency is unfair.we checked in at evening 9 pm ,yet had to wait for room to be ready.

One positive thing is , this property is too close to taj mahal. Veyry clean room , children can use the swimming pool. Within budget this is a 5 rating place with a good location.

the room was very disappointing .horrible stay . Becuse of the room and its ambience i had to cut short my 2 night trip 6hours and leave.

Breakfast was of normal level. The preperation was good but the cleaniness & hygine were poor. There were foreign customers as well. These petty matter of cleaninees & hygine matter a lot for them. Pl improve over them.

Pool didn’t look that welcoming.

Very friendly welcome and great service. We were on top floor which had a terrace and a table was laid out and our food brought up for us.
