Initial hiccups upon check-in to fix wifi on my apple phone, TV channels had to call reception twice to fix. Nice upgrade with airport view. No alcohol /beer in a luxury hotel?? Cannot understand this.

I had the most wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. From management to the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The managers regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Sourav and Akash in the restaurant, as well as their manager, who went above and beyond every morning at breakfast to take excellent care of us. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and maintained with the highest standards of hygiene—something very important to me, especially while traveling with a 2-year-old. Unlike other experiences we had in Kochi at a different so-called 5-star hotel (which was dirty, moldy, and without working AC), this hotel was a complete breath of fresh air. I felt fully at ease eating here, as everything was clean, safe, and carefully prepared. The food deserves special mention—absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients, and with options for everyone. Even though my toddler doesn’t eat spicy food, the chefs thoughtfully prepared custom meals for her, like grilled fish with mash and veggies, which were not even on the menu. That level of care meant the world to us. This hotel is truly outstanding in every way—service, cleanliness, food, and hospitality. If you are ever in this part of the world, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere—this is the place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome from the start. The room was clean, comfortable and I had a lovely view that I really enjoyed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

While the location and welcome were pleasant, the dining experience was disappointing—the staff lacked proper serving etiquette, and the food didn’t meet expectations. I also felt let down when I repeatedly requested transportation to get medicines, both by phone and in person, but was instead told to walk, which made me feel uncared for.

I truly appreciated the warm welcome by the staff, their courteous and professional nature throughout my stay, and the hotel’s convenient location just steps away from the airport, making everything smooth and stress-free.

Excess airport drop off charges of 525 to go under 1 km. They should do this for free or at cost, rather than trying to make a profit out of it. New hotel, new rooms but toilet fittings are already leaking and flooding, drain sitting above water level in the toilet

Taj hospitality at its best, every member of staff smiling and happy to help. The food for dinner buffet is so so. Nothing extraordinary. Good service. Well done to all of them.

Ambience , facilities, all the staff including front desk staff ( special thanks to chandana for staying on after her shift to see us off and shatabdi - for all their help) , the front staff for sorting and weighing baggages and arranging transfer , roof top restaurant with great food and excellent service staff. The rooms were clean, luxurious and spacious. Taj is Taj and lives up to it's reputation in hospitality as always .

Amazing staff , wonderful service, I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life never received such a service ♥️ There were an issue with the wifi and we didn’t called them and we told them later when we left and the sweet lady at the reception gave us a free ride to the airport 🙏🏻 Highly recommended ! And oh I forgot to mention how good was the buffet!

The staff were exceptionally good! They were accommodating to your every needs. Breakfast was also quite nice with freshly made omelette and Indian breads on request too. We also used the spa and had a really relaxing massage too. 100% would recommend! The location was right opposite the airport which was really convenient.
