Food options were limited. Dinner that we had was a fixed menu to chose from. This should be mentioned in the details while booking. Even breakfast spread was limited with bakery items not very fresh. Games zone was not maintained at all. Felt like it was a bunker.

* No valet parking facility, which is surprising for a 4-star hotel. * No bell boy available to carry luggage; reception staff informed this service is not provided. * Bathroom is too small in proportion to the room. * Hair dryer was non-functional during our stay. * No doormat at the room entrance – quite inconvenient during rainy season when guests return wet from outdoor activities like waterfalls. * Dustbins are open and lack lids – not very hygienic, especially in the bathroom area.

Staff knowledge on day to day ops related .. needs more training in process and hospitality.. forgot about th room keys had to come back again to reception to get the same . Food was not warm and they all looked concise without any proper method to ensure food is kept warm , before getting over getting replenished ..

Bit overpriced Outside food delivery is not allowed...swiggy zomato should be allowed at least up to the gate. We can't eat what the hotel decides for their restaurant business strategy.

Swimming pool is too small. It’s like a private pool of a bungalow, instead of resort. However it was well maintained and clean.

The food! Breakfast was good, but Vindyas, the south Indian restaurant was a massive disappointment. We were furious and complained about it. But what redeemed the hotel was the attitude of the restaurant manager who really went out of his way to make amends!

The swimming pool was smaller compared to other properties I have stayed.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The restaurants were also a good place for having lunch or dinner. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 3.

The Orchid Lonavla is a total value for money. It is situated at the Old Mum-Pune Road & is very easy to locate. The staff is courteous & friendly. The room was spacious & very clean. Full marks on the hygiene. Washroom was 10/10. They have a small swimming pool which can be good for kids & non swimmers. We had ordered dinner in the room & we loved the food. We absolutely loved the entire breakfast spread. Good food & well designed menu. There is an Ovenfresh outlet very near to the hotel & one can pick up excellent fresh bakery items there. Mapro Garden is also 2 min away from the hotel.
