The property is newly renovated and new management is maintaining the property very nicely. Check in was smooth by Mr Shinto , rooms were spick and span , neat and tidy bathrooms, lenins were fresh , beautiful sea view from room balcony . Morning breakfast was delicious. Dinner can be ordered through food delivery, very friendly staff who guided us to good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for families and groups.

We had a great stay at Sunfun Beach House, its right opposite Payyambalam beach which is fantastic. Amazing views especially if you get the upper floor rooms. Shinto was very helpful & arranged transportation for us whenever required. Kishore & other staff were also quite helpful. All in all a fantastic place to spend a relaxing few days.

Fyi they don't have a restaurant on the premises but breakfast is provided & you can order food via Zomato/Swiggy. If you have your own transport it won't be a problem.

Rooms was clean and the view from the property was perfect

The property don't have resturant facility. There are good resturants near by but if they can start the service for atleast morning breakfast, then it will be perfect.

The view and the location is amazing, right in front of the beach. Perfect for a beach side stroll in the morning. The location is bit outside the main city, but the host helps you in getting autos, rental cars etc. The host/manager is very kind, we didn't have breakfast included and we didn't even order anything as we were in a rush to check-out, the manager thought that we have forgotten and did send us some complimentary bread omlette which was very generous of him. The staff also helped a lot in adjusting our luggage in our cab.

Amazing stay! The resort is right on the beach, the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!❤️ And they provided breakfast as well Perfect for a peaceful escape🫶🏻

The entire property is very well maintained. Both the rooms were neat , clean and hygenic … The building is newly constructed and renovated. Ideally located in front of the beach.. staff was very prompt and cooperative . Ideal place for holiday with friends & family

The property was beautifully decorated, and just steps away from the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the deck with a sea breeze was an unforgettable experience. The staff was responsive and welcoming. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. We can't wait to come back!🌊😊

Excellent location. Just ~200 m from beach. Rooms are very clean. Excellent staffs are very good and cooperative. They provide the breakfast on request.
