The bathroom needs to be updated so it has a fresh look in the haveli rooms. Felt a bit let down in this area.

Breakfast did not have much of variety. Daily same things were repeated. The quality of food was fine. No Local dish in menu. Same standard repeated menu every day. Reception staff and housekeeping facility to be improved as they use to take on a average 45 mins to 1 hour to respond with repeated reminder every 15 mins. No much recreation facilities. Property is typically for destination wedding and events. Not for tourists.

Restaurant staff was helpful and supportive. Chandan and Mahendra were helping nature.

The service left much to be desired. We were a family of 4 staying in the suite. The towels were never enough, even after ordering a certain number from the Guests services, they always sent one less! Orders from room service were not delivered. The breakfast buffet was just about okay, not justifying the rates that were charged. The table linen was super dirty and stained. The location is quite far from the city center and quite secluded too.

The Stay in Haveli (Individual Villa) was horrible The toilet are in very bad shape and it needs complete revamp before this can be given to the Guest. We visited during the Winter (Dec 17-21) and the Heater provided are not adequate as it does not warm the place. The water in the Bathroom we not warm enough to take bath. The property was not cleaned every day, and thus we had to ask for the regular room in the Hotel as it was not possible to stay any further. If your height is greater than 170 cm (5.5 feet) you cannot sleep straight as the length of the bed is very small. The Plaster on the wall are loose which gives very bad feeling.

The Staff was courteous and they helped us during our stay. The Breakfast quality and variety was good. The GM helped us with 1 night waiver due to inconvenience which was a very good gesture.

This property is superb from every aspect - cleanliness, food, staff behaviour, service experience, value for money. The 1 hour entertainment programs at the hotel are a fun to attend.

Our stay experience for 3 days was nothing less than exceptional. Food is lip smacking here, service is fast and staff is very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Raj, Chandan for their overwhelming service and the chef Mr. Pulkit for the delicious food.
