We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeI just don't get it why the hotel boys walk around the streets outside and in the hotel barefooted without footwear. I mean the streets outside are not clean as we all know. They walk all over the streets outside and then they walk into your room. I did not allow them into my room and i did not want to make my room for this very reason I don't want them entering. 2) The pillows were both high and hard latex kind. Would be good to give soft pillows instead. Luckily I brought my travel pillow to use.
1) Yes it's very clean. The hotel boys really clean the rooms super well after every guest. How? They even lift up the entire bed frame to clean beneath it. 2)WOW. Their service and attitude is amazing. I wanted to tell them there's no need to stand up each time a guest passes them. Not once was I not greeted every moment. 3)The amazing hot water wow.

GermanyThe rooms are quite small for the price. The window lead to a ventilation shaft. The walls are thin, so you hear a lot from your neighbours. Beds are too short for tall people (I measure 185 cm). A single small cockroach was passing through the room. They asked me four times to confirm my arrival time (which I had already done after the second time).
Clean room, staff mostly friendly, not too far from both railway stations. Decent AC (the controls are slow though)

Room was basic, but comfortable, but with internal shaft window so no natural light. The location was good - it is on a side street right near Central Station, the metro and Chennai Park town station (for the super cheap suburban line down the coast to the Temple, lighthouse and beach)

IndiaThe room flooring was little worn out. But overall it the room was big enough n though we had asked for double bed we were given a room with triple beds. It was quite big.
We did not have breakfast but had ordered some dinner at night, which room service staff promptly got from outside. All toiletries were provided. Bathroom was not fancy but very clean.

IndiaThe plug points/sockets for electrical stuff was just on the bed at the head area, and also covered by the matress, which was almost unstable unless you use temporary adapters to get around.
The staff right from the manager to the attender were so friendly, courteous and attentive. Any small requests or complaints were immediately looked into.
