The location was amazing - so quiet and walking distance to the wild world outside ✨ the staff welcome you like family and treat you like family, impeccable service ❤️ food was great and a lovely vibe with other guests in the morning over the breakfast that they provided and a cozy outside fire. The rooftop was amazing for practicing yoga 🧘‍♀️ They also assisted us with organising boat tours at great prices and ensured we were picked up from the airport and safely dropped at our bus stop upon our departure.

Our room was not very clean, things were quite dusty.

The location is great. A quiet and calm place to stay in a chaotic city. It also has nice places to chill, whether it’s in your room or in the common areas.

We didn’t have access to warm/ hot water in our room. The water wouldn’t warm up after running for some time. Many mosquitoes and continuous noise and hearing everything as walls were paper thin. Not being able to pay by card.

The rooms are a bit tired and could do with updating especially the bathroom sanitaryware. There were no.bathroom slippers and you aren't allowed to bring any shoes in the room. The floor gets very slippery as there is no squeegee to remove the water. Also, the original cost of laundry quoted was not what i had to pay when i received my laundry back. Some of the items weren't clean either. Disappointing. Not great value for money generally.

The location at Assi Ghat is very good. Nice views of Ganga.

Not Much like photos of the hotel at all, very tired and grubby. Breakfast is a bit of a farce, and difficult to actually get even though it's included in the price. A strange vibe.

Breakfast took ages and was very very basic. Hotel is overpriced. The yoga was way over priced! Feels like a ripoff. You can do the same inside the city and they will charge you 200rp instead of 1500. Didnt feel very welcome by owner, bit weird guy.

The hotel owner who lives on site with his family plays Hindu music very loudly coming out of speakers around the hotel between 4 - 7am. After an hour or so of this playing, I asked could it be turned off or down and he stopped it to then turn it back on even louder when I returned to my room. I understand its a holy place but the Aarti doesnt even last as long as this music was played. I think its just for his own pleasure. Also the bed sheets were stained and I have bite marks from bed bugs. And this hotel is right on the river so it floods the ground floor during monsoon, which happened the morning I left.

The staff are the best thing about this place. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Particularly Yagdis the manager.

I don't think my marma massage was appropriate. There was a male therapist and he kept me uncovered. This is not normal.in India. I think there could be more professionalism

False advertising of what is included, rude staff, dirty linens, dirty room, dirty bathroom. They didn’t give me a river view room like I paid for until I complained. The price charged when checking in had increased from when I booked. Property differs from images provided. They locked me out at night when I went to midnight aarti, I was in the cold for over 30 minutes because the front desk guy was sleeping

toilets are broken .. shoes is not allow through property although there is no enough sleeper .. no water no electric kettle or any complimentary tea or coffee .. they will give only one time useble toilet paper with very small rolls.. included breakfast was very limited and if its about finish they will no refill it either refresh it .. mostly suitable to foreigners .. they are very nice to them ..
