Ambience was exceptional. Suite had a separate guest seating area with windows, attached bathroom, spacious bedroom and segregated kitchen space with wash basin, mini fridge, coffee/tea provisions. This space was bifurcated by curtains with separate lighting. Received valuable sunlight through 2 windows. Overall a great home stay experience and value. Although generally clean inside, can be cleaner like cupboards, shelves, drawers, window grills liquid soap dispenser. Exteriors must be cleaned if one wants fresh airflow. Too much of leaf foliage, cigarette packets, etc. Suggestion: Bedside table/s Note: Good clear red label instructions. Good property. Highly recommend. Thank you.

The location is a bit interior in a residential area. The wifi on my floor wasn't working during my stay.

Room was spacious and neat.It even had a small kitchen area and sofa set. Toilet was clean and airy. On the main road there are a variety of eateries and restaurants.

We booked for single bed and we got two seperate bed.. That was the only issue we faced.. Other than this everything was cool.

limited parking space ( only 3 vehicles can park), long duration for restoring power backup. lift and corridor most of the time had cigarette smoking smell. which will eventually gets inside the room. Restaurant was not operational. bathroom could be cleaned better. Bath drainage is half clogged. Room donot have a master switch so you have to double check on if any switches are ON when going out. AC donot had enough cooling. Different make remote for AC made it difficult to operate. only 1 bath towel is provided. The staff will not accompany you to show the room.

overall very clean, good facilities for the price, running hot water, soap, shampoo, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bottled water. Instructions have been showcased everywhere which was very useful. TV with cable which have paid channels.

We got a worst experience .my room was room no 23 they prepared the bed with used bedsheets and pillow cover. A/C was not properly working .There is no water in bathrooms .The room was very dirty .The bedsheet, bath towel ,duet cover are dirty and faded .The property has no ample car parking area

Blanket was torn and dirty. Curtains were not suitable to cover the windows thereby privacy was compromised. Rusted bathroom fittings. No bath soap, only handwash soap as provided. Set-top box was not activated even for some free channels. Someone tried to open my room around midnight, thinking the room was vacant. He was not able to enter I had put the latch on door from inside. There is no soundproofing as well which was annoying as the sleep was disturbed. Based on the above the property is not suitable for families.

Room unclean ants in the bathroom were there for the whole 2 night stay. Bed sheets were stained. Bubble wrap taped to the plastic bathroom window. Felt overpriced for what it was, but did appear renovations might be happening. Also requested a double bed and booked a double bed but we got 2 single beds.

Friendly staff, but the day staff had minimal English, not that that is an issue. They were very polite and friendly, Basel the night shift worker was brilliant and very helpful. Gave a good amount of tea bags. Good for airport transfers. But difficult for taxi and tuktuks to find.

Room lighting was bit dim taking away a great experience . It will be good if the lights are upgraded.

Clean rooms, polite staffs. Spacious rooms , windows can be opened. we came along with parents and was looking for two rooms close by. They have provided us two rooms as per request . We felt it like a stay at home..
