Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is lovely. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. There is water in the room. That was nice, because it was hot when I was there. The people who worked there were very nice. They also had fun with each other. Everyone was cheerful. It felt like coming home every time. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone first got a fresh juice and some fruit. There was everything to order. I had muesli with coconut milk, because I eat vegan. There was also egg, toast or Indian food of course. You could just order more if it was too little. It was just a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay, close to the Chinese fishing nets and many shops and restaurants. Great hosts and nice breakfast outside. Highly recommended when visiting fort Kochi

Very very much impressed and happy about the stay in such property. Everything I liked, in the room premises and the ambiance. Along with restraunt ambiance and taste of the food and also the complimentary breakfast they offered was very much good which i didnt expect at all.

Nothing in particular, all good. New facilities.
Location is very central to Fort Kochi. Staff members Ajith, chef Asish made sure I was well looked after. Bonnie is the overall quality control person. Solo Inn is a new project, there are several under this brand name. Looks like they have launched this hotel business in a big way. Well done ! Will be staying at Allepey and Munnar next.

Wet floor in wet room. I bet this is sorted. See attitude of manager and staff to please.
Like? Everything. Almost. Feedback to local staff, all of whom were friendly, helpful and kind, 3 things. A squeejee to move water away in excellent bath wet room. A background noise that aircon muffled (leave aircon on, of course). One socket did not work. Otherwise, rooms were very clean and modern decorated, linen clean white and crisp, good towels, aircon brilliant, staff so helpful, breakfast great, ie eggs to order, nothing really fancy but freah squeezed juice etc, and meal choices we made were tasty and great. Fabulous value. 10 minute walk to fort kochi retail centre. Can't praise this little gem enough. Book now, and I bet the sqeejees are already in bathrooms!!

Parking and lift is not available.
Rooms were clean and the staffs were really friendly with an amazing location. Had access to different parts of fort kochi very easily. Overall service was top tier.

Breakfasf is tailored to foreign visitors. Best eat out for kerala food. Dont expect a view from the room. Only one room has a small balcony. The bathroom floors can be slippery, be cautious. Be ready to climb one to 2 floors as there is no lift. Payment was challenging as the property did not accept credit card through booking.com and we had to make a bank transfer a week earlier to secure our booking. The management expressed concern on the last minute cancellation option on booking.com. Its an internal issue they need to resolve quickly to keep unsuspecting foreign guests from being caught off guard.
Quaint neighbourhood, 10min walk to the beach. Auto rickshaws to take us to other attractions in Fort Kochi when tired of walking. Ramesh was very kind and attentive to our requests. Its a new property; everything is modern and in good working condition

Pillowcase had stains that did not seem to come out when washed. Room was not cleaned - no indication of this at check-in or what to do to get it cleaned. Breakfast portions very small, on the second day not even tea was offered.
