I felt the charges for the room were pretty high for the services provided. It almost almost showed that the room was not well kept. The walls looked old. The ac cooling was not the best. It should have been centralized but the room had one vent from where the air was blown l, because of which the upstairs was not uniformly cooled. The food charges were very high. The bathroom tiles were slippery at one end which was dangerous. The water was not treated because of which hands remained slimy after washing with soap. The staff was alright. I wish they were more courteous. They walked past me without any greetings or at least a smile. All in all I think if the room rates were low it could be worth it. But at such high rates the hotel needs a lot of improvement in service quality.

Location was good, the staff were very polite and courteous. Food and beverages were also good. However, the property was old and not maintained as well as it could have been.. Mosquito infestation was very troubling. We had to keep two mosquito repellants plus a mosquito electrocution bat in the room! Overall we felt the stay was nice but overpriced...

However, there were management issues in the operations of the resort. * One of the televisions in our room did not work. * The AC was leaking and the fan made a lot of noise. * Some of the small things in the rooms were broken. For example, the safety bolt of the door in our room was missing. * One of the pools had no water. * The gym was closed early morning and late evening, which is very odd because most people exercise at that time. * Though most of the food was good, the continental food was not well prepared, e.g., croissants were too hard and stuffy. The hotel has great potential. But

The overall setup of the resort was good. * We were a family of 4 and the room had enough space for 4 people to sleep. It had two TVs. * The resort had a sizable garden and it was well-kept. * The breakfast spread was well stocked and full of choices of Indian menus. * The resort was located next to the beach along with the great of the sea and NaMo path. * The live music at the restaurant was mesmerizing.

I was expecting access to beach side through property instead of coming out and use common entry for beach area.

Too much moisture in the room, room was outdated, the wall color was coming out, hard to get transportation (you either book a cab from them or wait outside the gate for auto), bathroom has no ventilation.

The staff were not very friendly. We had booked a premium room although they gave us a room of lower category which was very different from what it shows online.

The resort is located is very ideal. It has nice beach views from property. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant cocobay serves good food and breakfast spread was also huge. It has Spa facilities as well.

mosquitos. there were a lot of mosquitos around the property and some in the room. Albeit we were provided with repellent, it was ineffective. It was difficult to sleep peacefully due to the menace. When it was brought to notice of the staff, they said as its a beach facing property they face this problem.

the property is clean, rooms are nice and spacious, layout and view is great, staff is courteous, responsive and helpful.

Room size was small and mineral water was chargeable. Not much to do or see in Daman. The Daman beach is not that good. In food, only one issue with the size of the pomfret, which was too small given the price of Rs 900.

Breakfast spread and restaurant food was really good. The speed of room service and overall cleanliness was good. Loved the live music in the evenings. Also enjoyed relaxing in the open air sitting areas with sofas and lounge chairs overlooking the sea.

It was absolutely a great stay, I would have liked a wardrobe to hang my dresses in. I think we only had half a wardrobe, due to being the last room in the hallway. there is not enough wardrobe space in the room 114. Sadly there was construction work going on around the dining area - but it was quiet around the pool and at dinner time. One suggestion: it would have been great to have a gate and steps from the property to the beach road and beach -- to walk down there in evening and mornings, without needing a car to get down there or walking through the grass and rubbish next to your hotel.

The only thing we were not very happy with was the menu options. The menu was small and had very few options to choose from and we stayed for two nights so more options would have been nice.

The location was great. Very well maintained. Staff is helpful and courteous. We took the ocean view duplex and we just loved the room. Clean, well maintained and amazing view. The activities for the kids were great - little chef - they loved it.

The ac shut off any time a window was opened, so you could not keep them open in the monsoon. Due to the heavy rain, it was impossible to sit outside in the balcony, as the water comes into that entire area. We had a duplex room and the upper floor was extremely wet, the bed linens were damp. We all had to sleep downstairs in the main bedroom area as a result.

The location was excellent with great views of the beach and the sea. The room was spacious. There was a centre for kids on the property, with board games, toys and books, to keep them occupied. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Ate at the restaurant as well and the food was very good.
