The Indian guests are very noisy and irrespecful even when it’s 2-3am they shout, slam doors, etc. I think staff should take actions on this, since I’m not the only guest that has complained about this. Related to the noises, also keep in mind that the hotel is close to the railway tracks.

The location is very good, 2min walking to Shri Krishna Janma Bhoomi which is very convinient. The place is clean and the price is budget. Good for 1-2 nights.

The other guests were super loud and noisy several times during the day and night, definitely not the hotels fault but it was a disturbing.

The staffs were really welcoming and helpful from the time I arrived. Rooms and corridors were really well maintained and clean. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

the other hotel stayers were very very noisy, not the hotels fault. But we had asked if they serve free breakfast (as booking says) so we asked. They said yes, it’s brought in from street vendors, which is fine, but we were charged at checkout? If we knew it costed we would have prepared better, i think they should remove “free breakfast” and there’d be no issue

It would have been great if the following few items were being provided in the room: 1) There was no dustbin in the room. 2) There was no wiper in the bathroom, felt it was much needed as we are struggling to keep the bathroom dry. 3) Additional rug outside the bathroom for wet feet.

The location is very good, and it is just near Janam Bhumi temple. Hot tap water was available throughout the day except 7-8 AM in the morning, which may be because everyone was using the water that time, which is understandable.

The front desk reception we felt could have been more professional. This aspect has a scope for improvement especially we tourists come from all over India. We felt a change of attitude when the local tour proposed by him was not taken by us.

1. The owner was extremely helpful whenever we spoke to him for confirmation and route guidance to reach the hotel. We could reach there late in night only and hence we were very conscious of safe arrival and check in. The interaction with the owner is that we will continue to cherish for time to come and share with our friends and relatives. 2. The accommodation is clean, adequate for a couple to stay and definitely value for money. 3. It is very close to krishna janmasthan and we could easily reach for the morning aarthi 4. Eateries (though we dont have big demands !!) were near by. 5. E-rickshaws (we need them for internal movements between temples, ghat...) are available near by

Their staffs need to have little bit more professionalism. Like when we arrived there, they are sitting happily neither bother to welcome the guests or helping in taking languages from vehicles to the rooms.Mostly, no soaps or shampoo provided.Also, mosquitoes are there, so if you are coming,ask for the "good night" or "all out" arrangement.If you complain then only they will provide.As they are aware of this mosquito problem, they should arrange by default.

Walkable distance to the Krishna JanmaBhumi Temple.They properly guide to reach safely into the hotel.Also, they have trusted travels which can be relay on to plan your visits.They do not have any restaurant facilities but good contacts to provide foods .

The place is very close to Janmabhoomi & navigating anywhere from there gets easier, because of the location The property itself is very well maintained, extremely tidy with good facilities. The room is clean, bathroom is clean, they hand out toiletries & clean towels, linens (which many hotels don't do anymore). They have decent wifi too Also, the guests can avail 24/7 tea, coffee, milk & food facilities. They have a menu card for food, which you can choose from (probably outsourced) and the food was hygienic & delicious. Apart from that everybody in the hotel are so caring, keep asking you often if you need something (be it the information, or be it anything else you want) and that gives a pretty homely experience. Also, I found the poperty was decently priced for the great facilities & cleanliness it provides & I recommend everyone to stay here if you are visiting mathura or vrindavan
