Location is bit narrow ,but I didn’t have any issues as their staffs helped in many such as getting food ,picking up cab etc. Mostly positive in that aspect too

I stayed 6 nights at this business hotel with my wife, after reading good reviews on Google about cleanliness and staff excellence. Attended an International Table Tennis Tournament at Jawarlahal indoor Stadium,  hence the location was perfect as it was only a 6 minute walk away. It is also a 5 minutes auto ride from Chennai Central Station. Double and Triple rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Rooms were cleant and bed sheets replaced everday. The Reception staff and Cleaning staff were polite and helpful throughout. No restaurants or facilities within the Hotel. However Adyar Anand Bhavan and Buhari Hotels were 2 and 5 minutes away. Autos easily available near the entrance. Will definitely stay here again, we were given excellent service. Thanks to the Lobby and Reception staff.

Outside hotel was dirty, i did not like the area, i think there are better area in Chennai. Lots of man work in the hotel. When was doing check in, about 5 6 men were standing and looking at us. Some of them with no shoes/sandals and with dirty feet. Will not stay there again. I did not like the vibe of the hotel, sometimes bad smell in the corridor.

Our bedroom was spacious, big bed, clean, free toiletries, Daily cleaning. Near restaurants, sweet shops. Lots of leather shop around. Near train station, small local shop around.

The laundry cost was a bit on the expensive side - -about 320 rupees. I'd asked for no ironing but the wash came back ironed and I had to pay for it. You pay per item, which was not clear when I asked for it. I got the impression (wrongly) that it was per load. It would have been nice to have a window. I paid more on booking.com than I would have paid in person according to the tariffs by reception.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. I didn't require room service every day but they alway provided two bottles of water and topped up the supplies I wanted. They were generous with toilet paper, tissues, or soap. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the central metro station. It's a 10 minute auto ride from the two main train stations. Wifi was good. The shower had hot water. The room was clean. There was a mosquito repellent electric bottle. There were power sockets next to the bed. There was a TV. The aircon was effective.

The quality of linen (bedsheets, towels) could be better.

The staff were enthusiastic & helpful. We just stayed the night so didn't get to experience much. The room was decent. They have a water filter so that was great to refill our bottles.

Hotel does not serve food.

The hotel and staff are very good. The only drawback is that they don't have an in-house restaurant, and the surrounding area has not gotten many options for food.

The hotel was very neatly maintained, the rooms and bathroom were clean. Most importantly all the hotel staff were very hospitable, their service was top notch. I highly recommend staying here, next time I visit Chennai, I will surely stay here
