The hotel is VERY clean and beautiful, the entire building is made in a very beautiful manner. Definitely a stay you'd remember. I liked the room so much I booked it twice lol, the family room with triple double beds are SUPER big! EXTREMELY clean! Thank you Faizaan bhai and Ashfak bhai for making the stay comfy! :))

I Just visited Faizzy Residency with My wife.The environment was pleasant and welcoming.The exceptional hospitality with clean and comfortable rooms.Especially Shazan bhai is very cooperative and understanding person...and he will also guide you about the tour..This hotel exceeded my expectations.very budget friendly , peaceful environment and you will get a lot of privacy in this hotel with no noise. One of the best place you will find in Srinagar to stay with your Family or Friends. Well trained/ mannered staff and you will have such a nice experience here. I Stayed with my Family... The hotel is about 1.5 km away from Dal lake ..The hotel is located in the city centre.All the tourist spots are near from the hotel .And you can also book a cab from the hotel for site seeing at very genuine price.

Room cleaning was not done daily in routine.Was done on asking the staff.AC service was not available little discomfort due to hot weather.

The property was little away from Dhal Lake but near to lal chowk .Market was approachable for daily needs.

No privacy as the property is like an extended house and has no lifts and also rooms are not sound prof . No running hot water but limited hot water . Not ideal for a family with kids to stay . The property levy’s penalties for silly stuffs , had to pay 1000 rupees as a back charge stating my kids broke handle of a drawer , Which in-fact was worth 100 rupees in value . Even a bottle of water is not complimentary but charged . No toiletries and no towels given . Not value for money and feels more like an hostel with a warden having eyes on you all the time .
