It was a beautiful and very clean apartment. The staff were very welcoming and professional. They were very attentive to my needs. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I came out of season in August and found the room rate great value for money. Magari and Gita were the nicest hosts I have met in India on my travels

I felt like I was in my own home. A good bed, excellent cleaning service, a washing machine for washing clothes and a clothesline for drying, good air conditioning (I think there were 7 ceiling fans and air conditioning), a refrigerator, microwave, etc., all the amenities. I rented the apartment for two weeks, and the location is good; I could walk to most of the main attractions. It's a quiet neighborhood with good connections so I could call Uber; a taxi would be waiting for me in a matter of four minutes. The owner, Rajesh, and his assistants provide all the information via WhatsApp, always available in case you need anything or even solutions to any problems that may arise. They also give you ideas for places to visit or enjoy the food at the different places you can visit. The owners are very friendly people you can trust. You can go to 5-star hotels, but I prefer to enjoy a quiet place with complete privacy.

A most enjoyable stay. Hosts Rajesh + Urvashi are lovely people, hospitable, + very attentive. They really make one's stay very special. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast made by staff member Madhuri was yummy. Always ensuring that you have had enough. Staff member Geeta did my washing, and when I returned later in the day, it was neatly folded on my bed. She also keeps the home spotlessly clean. Both Madhuri + Geeta are lovely people. The location is great and very central to all the touristy things. My main purpose for visiting Kolkata was to visit Mother Teresa's house. Had no knowledge of other touristy things to do. Spending 15 minutes talking to Rajesh and I had an itinerary, which kept me busy for my 2 day stay. Also, there are lots of lovely restaurants in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Will be returning.

It should not fall under dislike category. I am sure they have noticed the problem and will fix soon. They fix everything very quickly. The bathroom floor has same tile as normal room. The floor does not get dried up after shower, needs manual wiping. They have jio plus which is really good. Also, last time I found the internet for watching movies were great and superfast. This time had trouble with the net. Not sure why, but normal wifi supplied by the property is very good.

The cleanliness, good communication, we stayed 4 weeks in the property, felt like home. The breakfast is freshly made and good. The location is fantastic, walking distance to new market, park street metro and all the surrounding good restaurants. The Quest mall is very nearby. They regularly maintain the property like water filter, AC cleaning, etc., House cleaning like floor, kitchen done every day. They change Linen and towel every 3 to 4 days. The girl Geeta truly helps with everything, like putting clothes for drying. The washing machine is clean and easy to use.

The room was great as was the shower. Our host was very attentive and hospitable. The laundry service and breakfast were included in the price. We enjoyed the neighborhood both during the day and at night. It is Kolkata so you have to love the street scene. We walked to Mother Teresa's Mother House as well as to the restaurant and shops. No need to take a taxi. The next morning we left our bags and picked them up later in the day when our ride arrived. We would stay again if we returned.

The hosts were exceptionally cordial and I was shown my room personally by them and all facilities available were explained in detail. Madhuri, the elderly domestic help made breakfast and served it lovingly. It felt like home. The location is marvellous. Anyone who wants to be in the centre of Kolkata could not have asked for a better place. I was provided keys to the main entrance as well as my room so access was so easy. I would recommend this Service Apartment to anyone including ladies travelling alone or with young children. Safety is also well looked after

location is excellent because of its proximity of Park Street. Attendant Ms Madhuri didi is caring and loving personality. She and the property owners namely Mr Rajesh and Ms Urvashi Marvah are nice persons and now are part of our whatsapp community.

There really is nothing I can think of that we don’t like. Everything is perfect.

Room was very clean. Marble floor tiles throughout. Bathroom facilities are very nice, hot water, good water pressure, great house keeping. Air conditioner works fantastic. Every morning breakfast was made and room was cleaned. Bed very comfortable, internet works great. Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. location is great, very short distance to many great places in Kolkata. The main living room is very big and open with big windows allowing natural sunlight to brighten the place is so nice in the morning. Best of all, the hosts are incredible, and their helpers Madhuri and Geeta have such kindness and warm heart. In Kolkata, we will always stay at this place only.

Mattress uncomfortable for us

Home away from home. Felt safe and cared for. The two female staff were extremely helpful and caring. Lovely people. Spotlessly clean Accommodation a couple of minutes walk from the main area of park street for restaurants, etc. 10 minute walk to Mother Teresa house , perfect location to stay if volunteering.
