I had a great stay at Sea pearl :) The location is perfect, away from all the noise, in a beautiful green neighborhood- just a 3 minut walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are incredible big, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Dominique, Letty, and their wonderful son. Their warmth and kindness create a special atmosphere... If you're looking for a place that combines a great location, fantastic rooms, and the most welcoming hosts, this is definitely the place to stay🪷

Dominic Letty and Sanjay are perfect hosts and nothing into much trouble. Sea Pearl has a lively garden and we had a ground floor studio so we could hear the sea as we fell asleep. There was lots of hot water and towels and bedding were changed regularly; we had a ceiling fan and air conditioning too. We were 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the main road where restaurants and shops are located. We were sad to leave .

Everything was very good, there is nothing to dislike, the location is 5 minutes from the beautiful beach with all of its snacks and 10 minutes from the town.

Dominic and Letty are brilliant hosts. We had room 2 which was very clean, large and comfortable. We arrived late and everything was ready for us. The room has coffee and tea making facilities and crockery should you want to eat on the balcony, there are loads of hangers in the wardrobe which locks and also a safety deposit box. The large bathroom has lashing of very hot water.

Great position and very helpful people. Our room was air-conditioned and had a fan. There was a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable. The property is a hundred metres, maybe, from the sand and the beach-shack bars and restaurants along the shoreline. A few hundred metres the other way there is a mainroad with more bars, restaurants, shops and ATMs. The Lawande Supermarket there has a good range at fair prices and does not charge extra to tourists. Good range of alcohol, too. And all with friendly owners and very good value.

Airy room with large balcony and modern bathroom peacefully located away from the main heavily trafficked road in a green environment near a quiet stretch of beach. Dom did his best to secure a happy stay. He contacted me before my arrival and arranged a rickshaw to the bus station for my departure. His wife is also adorable and easy going. Wifi worked out fine.

The internet doesn’t always work well in the room. There have been a few power outages which also disconnected the A/C. I think the power outages were planned by the local power company so hopefully this is not an ongoing thing.

The location is just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants but still away from all the bustle and very quiet. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. The hosts, Dominic annd Letty are very laid back and helpful. They are genuinely concerned about their guests needs.

1 min walk to the beach, and a view from the balcony. Very clean and homely experience. Dominic is very helpful and always there for any support needed. In around 7 min walking distance, one cud get buses to Panjim, Calangute, Senquerim beach, Aguada fort, Mapusa; in addition to supermarkets and eateries. The area is super safe and very silent.

Road access is tight, some taxi drivers wouldn't drive us all the way to the property.

Great host. Amazing location, really close to the beach with easy footpath. It was really clean. 10min walk to the main road with plenty of places to eat and drink.

Excellent location in front of the ocean, no obstruction, or noisy neighbours, beautiful spacious and private balcony to appreciate the lush greenery and sea breeze in silence. Beautifully maintained garden. Exceptionally clean, best bathroom and instantly hot shower in Goa. Dominic and Leti the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Excellent wifi connection.

Although a large ceiling fan, I felt air conditioning would be a vast improvement.

The location was beautiful. 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to the main road. Very very peaceful. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. The room big and airy. Hot water plentiful. Overall an excellent choice.

The Sea Pearl guest house was a great location next to the beach, it was very basic but clean, Dominic was very helpful, I would definitely recommend it as a fantastic, but basic accommodation. The only problem was there were lots of ants as we were on the ground floor but that was because of the location

Just the bed was a little bit stiff for me... But everything else was so wonderful that I felt like it's still worth it.

This place was amazing! It was my favorite staying through my hole trip. The privacy was incredible, the other guests was quiet and respectful, the staff was super kind and helpful, everything was nice and clean, the windows has mosquito net over them, so you can get fresh air with getting any bites, there is Ac and also fan, the location is great, super close to the beach and there is supermarket just few minutes walk, and ATM close enough to walk.

As a budget traveller I wasn't sure what to expect but this property is an absolute gem of a find! It's nestled in a quiet area-just a stone's throw from a beautiful beach. My favourite part was possibly the birds singing outside in the morning. The rooms are simple, clean, and quaint and the host is very lovely. Highly recommend!

Very homely, well maintained rooms. Hot water for bath available... kettle and refrigerator are also there. Extremely neat and clean. Not much view from the room but it is like 1 minute walking distance from the beach. Will sure return again to this guest house.. highly recommended.

We liked everything at Sea Pearl, but I'll use this platform to comment on what you can expect from That Booking.com if things go wrong. Nothing!!!!! they let the property cancel our stay just before Christmas. They did not help us with a similar venue for the same price. We had booked 6 months ahead for 2 weeks. After sea pearl our accommodation for New Year was 3 times more expensive and there was hardly any choice of accommodation. So part of our holiday was ruined. I wonder if Booking.com will compensate us :-) show your selves from the good side!

Fantastic calm location only a few 100 meters from the beach. In this part, beaches were not busy. No loud music. We had changed rooms 3 times because our previous property was cancelled at the last minute, and because of Chtistmas, every hotel room was absurdly expensive. So we were very pleased we could stay a few more days at a good price. All rooms were different, but all lovely and clean with an outside balcony or terras. Beatiful garden Highly recommended

Only few times WiFi fluctuated, but reliable. I was there for complete week & this guest house in goa will be fixed choice, I liked it.

Super big rooms with balcony sea view, 1 minute away beach, close to market stores & veg restaurant too, flexible & friendly owner. If your solo traveller, then Mr. Dominic will support you in all your needs. I got a new home in Goa 😃. I was there in Diwali & so aldo decorated my balcony with lamps, all like my own home.
