Breakfast was realy poor and also no taste al all. The cook just made the items only for doing it. Hard breads. Cheapest tea quality. Overall the breakfast is worthless.

The staff was not able to communicate in English and when we checked out the clerk could not process our charge cards and we were forced to pay in cash, which was not convenient.

The view of the mountains from our terrace was spectacular. Well worth the effort to stay here. The hotel is modern and clean, and the restaurant was very good. It is up a hilly road and not easy to locate by our driver, and it takes effort to walk to.

The property is located in the heart of manali. The road to the hotel is not good. Its very narrow for private cars. Although they have a decent parking inside the hotel. If you are not willing to go on foot to the market and prefer car everytime, it will be difficult for you.

The property is new and very clean. Everything inside the hotel is top notch. Its very close to mall road and many options for eating out and shopping are nearby

Recently stayed here in Oct-2024. Staff is good but we feel there should be more staff, could be a reason due off season. There was no hot water in the Shower, and since it is centralised gyser system, it takes time to get the heated water. Looks like they switch off the geyser if there are not many rooms occoupied in the hotel, so for us they provided hot water in the bucket :) Otherwise the location is good, food is also good. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, which is very near from mall road, good room size and clean room. As this is a new hotel, some neaty gritty can be fixed, like dont disturb sign, clean my room sign etc so not all the time we have tell at the reception to clean the room (if nobody in the reception when you go out).

Breakfast was very limited but tasty. Bathroom needed better cleaning. There were no towels or soap when we checked in so had to ask for it.

The location was good for access to Mall Road and shopping. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Corner room I had had great views, snow capped mountain views out of windows on two sides of the room. 5 minutes from Mall Rd if that's your thing

It can get quite cold in winter. Occasionally, there are power outages, I have to say that the staff do everything they can to make the stay for the guests as pleasant as possible.

Very nice hotel overlooking Manali. Very friendly and helpful staff. They organized the airport transfer for me, which worked perfectly. The food is quite good too.

No Separate geyser
