We traveled in Feb with children. Staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. They even called us so we didn’t miss breakfast and provided breakfast in the room for the children when they were too tried to make it at no extra cost. The hotel is opposite a lovely mandir.

This is our second stay at Sadbhav. Conveniently located near the new city - close proximity to aquarium and beach, and nearby malls. Food was very tasty. Staff was polite and friendly. The view of the temple from the room was soothing.

The building is a business complex and the hotel is located on the third floor. So this is a bit downside. The reception is very comforting and the staff was very polite and helping. The rooms are also neat and clean. The faucets in the toilets need to be attended to. The rooms did not have any windows. But overall it was nice. The room service was quick. The breakfast menu was limited, but it was good.

IndiaI couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped me with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here.
After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.
