It was hard to get the moisture out of the rooms, which made washing clothes difficult as they would not dry, but Munnar is a misty and damp place and the staff was accommodating to our needs.

Baiju and his family were incredibly accommodating and kind, making sure we had our needs met and helping us learn the best ways to enjoy Munnar.

Cats are not to enter inside the kitchen as well as dining room. Mattress is not comfortable to sleep. It should be like as ortho mattress type.

In our room. Tv wasnt working and hot water was coming very slowly from the tap outlet .. Though this didn't bother us much it can be worked upon

Mr Baiju and his help John were very nice and have taken very good care of us. Rooms are very neat and the entire premises has been designed with a lot of love .. Mr Baiju helped in arranging the sight seeing for our trip . He took care to coordinate with us right from the expected time of our arrival . Very good breakfast was served and there are many restaurants nearby too .

The room was big, comfortable and very clean and we missed nothing. The homestay is in the city and still quiet. The owner cooked for us in the evening and it was very tasty - also the breakfast. He organised a hiking tour and helped us to get to the next town. He speaks English very well.

We liked everything.

A very special place. A lot of attention and creativity went into building this home share. The location is central to Munnar and one can easily get to every corner either by foot or by tuktuk. The room was large and even a little fridge. The manager Bieju is just great. He helped us plan our trip. Called friends to check out different options. Made reservations for us. Gave us the exact breakfast we wanted. And all this he did with a smile. Thank you so much.

Excellent service by the owner Byjus, he helped us in arranging the sightseeing places tour. Very helpful person. Rooms: Beyond expectation, it was very clean, restrooms were superbly clean and maintained, the room has a very comfy bed and 3 sofas, chairs etc. Food: It will be light and good, very hygeinic Location: Near to munnar market, and 3 mins walk to Gurubhavan and Jain restaurant. A beautiful place in a quiet part of Munnar and just a few minutes walk to the town. Baiju and his staff were exceptional and helped me with planning sightseeing and a driver/guide (ask for Joby if you are a tourist from the UK, he provided a great day visiting tea plantations and the national park). The breakfast was wonderful and I had dinner there both nights, which was delicious. Unique and comfortable room.

The location is conveniently close to restaurants, town and transportation. The property is designed to provide a tropical experience with waterfalls, rocks, animals & trees. Ample Parking Space is available. Nice Kerala style breakfast with Appam and sides.

Minor stuff like the WiFi was not as fast in the room, and small little things. But all of them were attended to as soon as we indicated to them.

Great attitude, friendliness, service delivery, talks from heart all made us very comfortable and helped u to sleep well.3 Baiju and his staff are customer focused and putting them first in their dealings. Infact his entire family is so nice, 100% satisfied. They did even check if we reached home safely. Baiju also helped with a nice practically doable tour plan as well. And best for the last, the Food--excellent.... Nothing more needed to say. Baiju's Wife chechi cooked a Beef curry with a taste that we never experienced before. Just fabulous

Breakfast was jolly good: we had cheese omelettes, banana fritters (from the landlord's own banana trees), different beautiful fresh fruit juices every morning with fruit from his farm. There were other choices available but we had the omelettes most days and they were nicely cooked. Our landlord was very friendly and helpful. He organised trips for us including the taxi driver who took us round. We had our evening meals at the hotel too, which was very enjoyable.
