IndiaFood:- The food facility isn’t upto the mark. The food served is of lower than basic standards. Food service was poorer. The serving boys are careless and casual having no basic sense of service. During our breakfast it so happened that In one plate chola bhatura only 2 normal spoons of chola was served with 2 big bhaturas, when asked for another serving they denied straight away(even when asked on payment basis). The staff conveyed that for that you need to order another plate of chola bhatura or you can leave the one bhatura. However when asked for tissues to wipe hand after having breakfast they had the audacity to tell on our face that “khatam ho Gaya”(it’s not available). NO special price rate or fixed menu for those staying in hotel(as mentioned). Food price and payment is as per menu whatever you order. They even rang our bell 3 times at 00:20 hrs (mid night) and knocked at door twice when all ladies were in deep sleep. After we were forced to open the door as they wouldn’t stop knocking or ringing the bell they ran away. When asked they simply smiled and said have you ordered chilly potato? On denying the same they said yeah we got to know it’s from the other room. No sorry, no apology they just laughed and left. Such nuisances if you wanna handle you may stay there. Amenities:- No water bottles being provided as part of basic amenities in rooms. You are charged per bottle that you consume daily. No tea/coffee services available early morning even when they have No kettle or tea kit services provided to the guests in rooms. Washrooms are extremely small. Especially the ones that are for family stay for four people. It’s as small as it can be(not enough even for one person) No view. All windows are closed thus no ventilation. No view only walls outside. Wifi is extremely bad as it constantly keeps getting disconnected and speed is also not upto the mark at times. Cleanliness:- Average. The bedsheets were dirty and had to ask for replacement.
The location is near the Dargah so visit to Dargah was smooth. Staff provided all support wrt Dargah visit, drop to railway station etc. Travel support staff was very courteous and accommodating. The common sitting area is well decorated and dining area on roof top is also decent.

India1) The location of Hotel was literally difficult to find and it is located in very Dirty space 2) Service was very delayed, For Every Single thing you have to do at least 3 times followup 3) I booked 2 Rooms in Hotel Royal Palace plus thinking it has its own restaurant but food is literally very bad. We had to struggle to find good food in Ajmer but there was a Hotel Called Hotel Royal Madina which very Near to Dargha , Food was Awsome there with very good service. 4) They have their tie up in Dargha and Local Guide which we booked thinking would be comfortable they both literally misguided us We paid 3000/- for Rajasthan Safari at Camel where promised to show spots but it was a flop show and the Guide who took there didn't bothered to reply our complaint also. If u want to only go for stay in this Hotel I would recommend 'YES' but don't fall into there traps of Guides and Local Sightseeing at all.

It is a new hotel, however the room smells very bad. It is very near to Dargah which is a good advantage of this hotel. They also provide you with a paid parking facility. The owner is a gentleman and the staff serve you with good service.
