IndiaIt’s a big facility that must have a elevator to reach floors. Apart from this, separate dining space must be built as right now they have only 6-7 people of sitting capacity.
Good people to be with. Apparently it was our last day in Kashmir and My daughter got ill badly. When the staff got to know about it, they helped us a lot making a special food for her and also scheduled a doctor visit.

India1. Dont go by pictures in website and advertisement. Most of the items are not available in all rooms. It is a new structure, ppl are trying to develop now. 2. Most of the rooms does not have basics like western toilet, no toiletries, not even towell, till you ask for. 3. No restaurant. Lobby is used as dinning place, food is prepared (it is ok type quality), no options since the lodging guy is preparing food as well (no cook) 4. NO SMOKING Board is available every where, but hotel staffs keep smoking all over. Terrible. 5. Not even water is supplied, you hv to carry the container to fetch water. 6. No LIFT but 5 floor structure, not even handrails for stairs.

IndiaWhen I was about to reach Srinagar the owner of property has made me call that he has some issue and not give you stay for three days. However I have already called him before starting my journey, then he not told me any issue, all of sudden he has issue, at the time when I was near to Srinagar. This is Cheating by the owner.

IrelandNothing Everything was perfect..
The staff (family that run the hotel) were exceptional in everyway. Very welcoming, they could not do enough for us. They made us feel like family too. The hotel is very clean, the family even got our luggage bag repaired. Breakfast was great, they cooked us a evening meal also, which was probably the best we had in Kashmir. We would recommend this hotel to all and we will be back one day. We arrived as guests an left as part of the family. This place is a must 🙂👍

BangladeshSometimes power outage was an issue but it was short lived as load shedding was an issue for a period of time which I found a bit annoying. Even though the mobile could still be charged after a power outage, it was a problem
Best thing is their behavior and their care for my baby and after that they always keep an eye on what's going on for us. Can say sharing like family and Alhamdulillah I overall went very well.
