The breakfast was very basic would have expected more, not a lot of choice. Although very comfortable and very good value for money, they could improve on the cleanness front. The carpets in the suites could do with a good wash and clean, I wouldn't want to walk bare foot on the carpet.

The size of the suite was very good and very light. Good location on the main road near plenty places to shop Good Value for Money and eat

The room was a little 'tired' in places - some marks on the carpet and what looked like a possible burn hole on one of the settees (though there was no evidence of the room having been a smoking room). The hotel is not licensed for alcohol - we don't drink much but do enjoy an occasional drink with meals when on holiday.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was appreciated, especially since I was unwell the day we were there. The staff were friendly and attended to all our needs. My husband got his shoes cleaned - although they have a machine for shoe cleaning in the hotel, the shoes were sent outside for cleaning, gratis. The hotel arranged a pick-up from Meerut station for us - the driver came to find us n the platform. He was smartly dressed, friendly and informative on the drive.

I arrived by bicycle and initially they insisted I leave it outside. Eventually a manager agreed it would be OK to leave it inside the building, behind the downstairs desk. People tend to tinker with it when left outside, e.g, change the gears, etc and it's more vulnerable to theft unless under guard by staff.

The staff were polite and helpful. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Very clean hotel, staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is fresh and very good. Staff go out of their way to help you. Could not find any vicks for sore throat, mentioned it to staff, came back, and they had gotten me a bag of them 😊 Also helped with finding and securing transportation a couple of times I needed it. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler!

No wifi No lift Rooms on first n second floor Tap water of bathroom overflew in the toilet area Dirty floor People there were did not own the responsibility of the issues. I had to work from home that day but couldn't do that there I had to go to a nearby restaurant for wifi. It should be the last choice.

Intercom was not working. Hallway was smelly. The property is new but is maintained poorly.. May be the owners need to train their staff properly about the maintenance.
