Breakfast was OK. Otherwise ala carte food was good.

Each and everything, especially the garden and cleanliness. It's a beautiful property. A balcony would had been a cherry on top.

One of the finest property in Manali location wise and most importantly the staff is very polite and friendly. Nishu one of the staff is very polite and helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

There was some power tripping issue in the 2nd floor where I stayed which was also sorted immediately.... Rest everything was fabulous.

The Hospitality managed by Mr. Harish and Mr. Maheshwar Singh exceeded my expectations, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay starting from the smooth check in process with complimentary drinks and tea they offered. The room was spacious and comfortable as Mr. Maheshwar and Mr. Harish upgraded my non-view room to View room and the bed was incredibly comfortable and I also loved the decor and amenities. I also enjoyed the variety of Dining options. Overall I would highly recommend this Hotel, a perfect place to relax and unwind.

The property is located at a very good place and you can commute to old manali and mall road easily I want to pen down a note for the manager Maheshwar Singh and Nishu ji, they were very kind and helpful, moreover they extended their support in each and every aspect. The amount of hospitality they have shown it's difficult to get it even in a 5 star. I would highly recommend this property. Very beautiful and moreover the best staff I have even experienced.

Everything was good but Spa was not available for the may be some work was going on or I don't know other than that everything was great.

Overall I am very much satisfied with the service, staff and amenities in the hotel. Especially the kids playing area and humbleness of the staff. Its a road side property fairly near to mall road ample parking space and a beautifully maintained garden for bon fire and spending leisure time. other than than food was also delicious and room service was top notch. yeah as I said very much satisfied with the rock Manali.
