The room size was small and the bathroom could be neater and cleaner, I have stayed at Delhi GoStops and the facilities we have received there were super amazing, here we would have expected the same but I guess we need to compromise with space, occupancy and other amenities such a play area, common seating area, the pricing is the very same like delhi go stops then also we need to feel the Jaipur GoStops could make some better changes.

The location is very near the railway station, making our commute easy and accurate.

Ordered food and it took over an hour and a half to get a cup of tea. The power cut out 4 times during our stay but this was resolved quickly. Which waiting at reception someone came in trying to sell honey, he would not leave me alone and further to this staff assisted him with them also asking if I wanted to buy any honey which I had explicitly said no, multiple times. The sink was also broken in the bathroom and the facilities where dated.

We have stayed in a few goStops and enjoy how easy it is to socialise. The games room in the basement is fun. The beds were comfortable and we love that their are fans on each individual bunk. Staff are great, always super helpful and we saw them cleaning a lot through the day. We enjoyed the location and walked (almost) everywhere.

Toilets can be cleaned up more frequently. Too many drain flies inside the toilet near the reception.

Cheap and pretty good dorm rooms. Good wifi connection and spacious common room.

Washrooms in the dorms weren't cleaned as frequently as one would expect. You need to call for housekeeping and get it done if you're in a female dorm.

The hospitality of Prahladji and Ashishji at the front desk is unmatched. You're always greeted with bright smiles and they'll go above and beyond to help you.

The crowd - obviously cannot be filtered, but a few were weird. They were ignorant of others and made lots of sound while others were sleeping. they were not respectful of quiet hours and did not really follow rules. This is just luck of course but still, had to be mentioned.

The staff was excellent. They took care of us and made us feel right at home. They were friendly, were open to conversation and were very helpful. The rooms were also quite nice and the facilities exceeded my expectations. The location was great and made it easy for us to travel in and around Jaipur.

Food was not as expected

The rooms were clean. I like the terrace part the most however, the common room was very small. Everything was colorful like I found in Rishikesh's, Banaras's & Nanital's gostops. ❤️ The staff was good. But, the toilets seats and bathroom things were looking very old. The beds were really comfortable. The location was absolutely good. Only the issue was with the food, it was not as expected. But, yes! I would recommend this property for stay because of the location, cleaning and comfy bed. ❣️ Gostops has its own vibe ❤️whether it's in Rishikesh, Banaras, Delhi or Jaipur! 💜

In terms of cleanliness, I wouldn’t say it’s great. The room floor was dusty feeling; and the rain shower wasn’t entirely working. Shelves and sink were hanging off the wall; and the sheets just looked incredibly old.

Cleanliness is not upto the mark!! Tables in common area were not clean, also no handwash in bathrooms for 2days!! The Khaats (bed) in reception area are very loose and not so much comfortable to sit. Foosball table needs to be repaired!!! Also the GoCafe is not good, really need to focus on the food and what the guests want. ordering Aloo Paratha was a waste of money and they serve machine made Tea(chai) which in my opinion nobody liked!!!

Ms. Pandey on the Front Desk is Amazing. Comfortable beds and the room is very spacious. Location is also really good.
