The path leading upto the resort. It was terrible.

I liked the riverside location. The greenery around and within was perfect including the demonstrative spice estate. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Too dangerous route to reach the resort , very steep slopes , only expert drivers who know this place can drive safely.

The road from the main bridge to their main gate is little staggered. There are no shops around and it is not near munnar market. But that's ok for holidays.

The location is delightful. Just beside the river. Of course one must know that in summer the river may be dry. However most of the year is fine. The food is very good... The place is spread of 50 acres has lot of places to things to explore. Don't expect a lot from horse riding or bamboo raft. They don't expect people to go to the river for a swim. However if you further near a bridge one can get down easily and play in the water.

Could add up some more activities (indoor/outdoor) for all age groups. Best to be visited after monsoon ( November/December)to enjoy the flowing river & mountain views from the balcony.

Serene, clean & spacious property nestled in the nature with relaxed ambience good to unwind oneself from the hustle & bustle of daily life. Breakfast buffet was excellent, room services were prompt, swimming pool was clean & most importantly the staffs were very accommodating to our requests.

Everything was great

The resort is wonderful, but it is the staff that elevate it to another level, we had such a lovely experience here it is in a beautiful location with sublime views to the hills, so many fun activities to do for free in the hotel which is a bonus. You can also walk to a small village nearby The pool and food is also superb

Nothing to do with the hotel, but it is very noisy early in the morning with calls to prayers etc.

Room was excellent as was the view from it. All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly - from the welcome at reception, to the chef that gave us a tour of the buffet, to the activity staff and guides.

The food quality and taste could be so much better, we struggled with the quality. The desserts were not good at all and the dinner was mediocre - very spicy, creamy North Indian dishes as mains and only 2-3 dishes such as the dal, curd rice and chicken tikka were consistently enjoyable. We expected a lot better. Breakfast was just ok too - nothing was terrible but they can raise their level. Everything was edible but tasted so so. I really felt let down by the quality and taste. The service was great though. Similar to the food, the spa was a bit off too. There were only 4-5 options. I got the ayurvedic massage and it was just ok. The massage and oils used were decent The biggest issue was that they used the ayurvedic sirodhara table for a massage as well and there is no headrest in that so you have to turn your head to the side while face down, which is very uncomfortable. Finally, we really disliked the loud music at the bonfire from 9-10pm. It was very obnoxious to blast it so loudly a nature resort that late at night.

The location was idyllic, great views of a large stream and mountains. Our room had a large balcony from which we could see a nice view of greenery. The housekeeping staff were great, laundry services were quick and easy. The shower was large and hot. The AC was cold. The staff were highly attentive and friendly. The pool was large, gym was nice. There were so many quality activities included, from birdwatching and carrom to archery and horse riding.

Food varieties were less. Housekeeping is done only at specific timings and not entertained when requested otherwise. Bathroom was decent but did not have hand wash set up which was surprising.

The property had a lot of fun activities to do including horse riding, river rafting, dressing up in traditional Kerala attire, park for the kids and if you fancy taking pictures there's spots for that too. Staffs here were extremely supportive and understanding.
