The property is quite old. It has a small garden in front of rooms, in rainy season sometimes earthworms enter the room.

The hotel is located in the center of Munnar city, Great view. The rooms were quite big. Mr. Kapil the housekeeper is a very good person and helped us a lot in all the directions and anything needed.

Bedsheets were not cleaned well. No soap and tissue roll kept in bathroom. Ceiling fan wasn't there. Door was not getting closed correctly.

The road leading to the property was a little difficult to navigate.

The room exceeded expectations—spacious, elegantly designed, and with a stunning view of the city. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the in-room amenities were top-notch. Worth every penny.

The room and bathroom was very clean and it's near to the town. Caretaker was really helpful. You need to park the car in different location and walk to the room about 100 metrs but it worth for the cost

The suggestion of the tours in munnar that came from the host was not good, the driver guide he suggested did not speak english and was definelty not a guide.

Well located house, super clean and was exactly how we expect it would be.

Very steep 20/25 degree access path. I didn’t mind. Consider though if you have any health issues. ( There is a second access less steep ) No fly wire on windows for mosquito control. Hot water very temperamental. Context, it’s not a 3 star hotel.

Queen size was given but King size bed could have been better as I have travelled with my kids, extra bed supplied though ( for additional cost of course :) )

The caretaker Kovil provided me with a room in the next house for the second day. That room was not good and expensive, at least compared to Rheinberg.

Kabil Pushpa, the staff gave very quick response when we ask for informations or advices. He adviced us to go to see the sunrise at Kullukomalai and arranged everything for us. The adventure to Kullukumalai was very incredible. This homestay is up to the hill in Munnar town but not far. We walked down to Munnar town and took tuktuk ( around 50-60 rupees) up to the homestay. It is in the quite area in Munnar town. We can see the view of the hiil and Munnar town below. The owner of homstay is very kind person and warm welcome. He always look after us even in very eary morning the day we go to Kullukumalai and when we transfer to other city.

- Bed Mattress is too squishy , if you like medium or hard firm then you may have trouble falling asleep . - Electric water ketttle is missing , its provided everywhere these days . As it can get cold in Munnar , its advisable to have this to avoid catching cold .

Liked the whole compound - its full of different varieties of plants and flowers . Location is right near to city centre , only thing is that if you're old age or have issues walking uphill it can be unpleasant . Rooms are nice and clean . Caretaker Kappil is very professional and friendly .

The homestay was perfect.

Lovely homestay. Kapil was there if we needed him. The Boss was also in the house. Up on a hill, only a small walk away from bustling Munnar streets. Big comfortable clean rooms. Very pretty. Highly recommend this homestay. Lots of cafes down the street to get breakfast and tea. Great views.

Clean room, quiet place to stay. Beautiful plants all around. One room had a musty smell or something else unpleasant. Like there was nothing to dislike, but for what we paid, the rooms are not worth it. Everywhere else in India we paid half as much for this type of room.

First I got a dark room without view, not very clean and also bit mouldy. Second room was better with nice view, but the lock was broken.

Close to town with restaurants and market, but quiet at night. Location up the hill provides a beautiful view and the garden is nice. Friendly and helping caretaker.

Property was really at great height so after parking car it will really make u tired to go up & down by walking, plus after car parking also you have to climb. Plus the care taker doesn't cleans room daily when i told him he told Yesterday only you shifted in the room so wont clean the room. And the daily room cleaning is really must as ut gets messy daily with use. Plus when we asked him about good tea estate nearby to visit then he told "yesterday i told you and you didnt asked me you told u have itinerary so now u go as per your itinerary" tbh this was very rude of him. Plus property should have any food arrangement, coz many times you reach late and you're hungry but u dnt have anything to eat.

Property was good & decent, Rooms were nice =. Property was really beautiful with full of flowers everywhere loved it so much full of greenery. Kapil was really softspoken person but we had some few challenges with him.
