This is my second time visiting the property. I felt the room looked a bit run down, the AC was not working, the bed creaked a bit. There were too many 'do not do this and that' signboards everywhere in the room. It was a bit of a put off.

It is a lovely property on the backwaters of the Kabini river. The rooms are well spaced from each other, giving guests a sense of privacy. The swimming pool is a delight (even though we did not use it because of the weather). There is a lot of space for walking and cycling. The property itself is wooded, green, peaceful and serene. The meals were fresh and good. The staff is courteous.

Could have solved for the pet food better. We had to ask the hotel a couple of times for the food and they took time to prepare. Room service is slightly slow. Need to follow up.

Breakfast was very nice. Nice variety of foods in the offering. The food for pets needs some work though. But the hotel was kind enough to help make whatever was needed. The rooms were clean. It was very pleasant and extremely pet friendly. We have a 5 year old GSD. And she was able to roam completely off leash. Very friendly staff.

No Activities( they only have a bar,swiming pool,SPA) , No Elephants or wildlife as shown in pictures,No lake view rooms, Jacuzzi are not the proper one.

Ambience, feeling of Farm house , Good food . Good hospitality, very few big good rooms. If planning to stay without any activities it’s good but saying that, I didn’t find Worthy , it’s expensive as they charge around 15-20k ! Nothing much to do in and around the property, We took Fire stick with us, Hence had spent time watching movies ! Carry Swim suit of your own or else you need to rent , saying full board, you don’t have a menu, It’s 3 times buffet only!

Food could have been a bit spicier but that's just us. Be aware that the journey from here to park entry is approximately an hour.

Lovely relaxed setting with friendly knowledgeable professional staff. Did all of the organisation for the safaris. Island bar was a good place to enjoy a g&t afterwards. Good selection of drinks available. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mud built cottages were spacious, cool and comfortably furnished.

Excellent food variety. Room size is great. Service is above excellence. We spent new years here. A nice calm sustainable eco resort overall. Loved the politeness of the staff and the calm surroundings. Spa was good too. We loved our stay overall. Do try the Coracle ride.

The mattresses needs to be changed

Amazing location good food and the staff are very nice . We stayed for two nights . The beds were bit uncomfortable . Otherwise all good . Wish they had some activities in the water like kayaking or boating

it’s not a luxury property as claimed - the rooms are dated, there are spider-webs everywhere and for some reason not cleaned up. They have kept ash-trays everywhere and because of that you can spot people smoking just about everywhere.

Definitely not a 3 star stay. There were no activities that we could do because everything had some issue. The cycles the cruise nothing was maintained. We just used the boat ride. The restaurant staff was pathetic. They firstly did not answer our call for room service after 30mins we tried calling on the mobile number provided to us. Finally ended up walking to the restaurant just for a dessert. Again they asked us to try calling from room then it worked. The restaurant head was very rude and no hospitality atall. Then came our dessert finally. The food in the name of briyani was very bad. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend this place for the price they charged 37k 2nights

The spread for veg dishes could have been better, however what’s available was quite good.

The location is awesome right next to Kabini backwaters and full of greenery, friendly staff and overall a relaxing atmosphere and experience.

Everything except the location about this property is bad. It is a 2 star property advertising itself as 4 star. Dirty room with Dirty Linens and pathetic staff.
