Suggestions for improvement There are two routes neae hotrl. One is via toll road but other one is not. Hence as a result the road was very bad with no signage and very confusing. The prepaid taxi driver did not have google maps therefore the welcome was very confusing Upon entrance it Would be nice to have warm welcome with tikka etc like other hotels do but staff too busy Definitely need one more person in reception desk as our welcome took longer due to constant phone call interruptions as did our checkout Would be nice to be shown or told about hotel having a bar as we only saw when we were leaving. Swimming pool had clear water but hundreds of loose tiles which can cut our feet etc. Pool bar needs updating. No decor and we thought not open because no menus on displayed so we did not know we could order food or drinks Happy hour is Normally for people who want to sit in bar and order. But it was only available at bar and was not an hour Pool bar should have Indian music playing or Indian music but has nothing Pools is amazing and has great views but there is big yellow danger size ruining the photo. Would like to have “infinity pool” look which is possible if sign removed and hedges cut short and replaced by glass. Buffet for breakfast is nice but menu In bakery and fruit should be changed daily. Eg pain chocolate pain au raisin and change the focaccia bread etc. Activity room was a danger zone for children that would be unacceptable in UK. The table tennis was broken split in two and held together by a hairband! The balls were broken and the football table fell and nearly squashed a child when it wobbled. Need a tv in there or music. Lift buttons were dirty from day one to day 4 and nobody cleaned. The windows are also very dirty but we know it was raining a lot corridor carpets need to be replaced as oldest carpets I have ever seen in hotel Nearly slipped 3 times on the Bathroom floor slippery when wet

Had a lovely stay at Ramada for 4 days on way to munnar and allepey with my family from UK Location next to lake was serene! Season was quiet as Onam festival and decorations pretty so would recommend as nice views to wake up to. It is half hour drive from fort kochi but once you been there you can enjoy resort. Room was lovely and spacious with good storage All Staff were nice but only exceptional person who gave great attentiveness was Nandini from restaurant!! She must be promoted :) and the Restaurant Manager Pool was excellent as was restaurant food, staff , food choice, value for money and ambience

My stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations with its perfect blend of comfort and charm. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The poolside ambience was truly relaxing, surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully lit in the evenings, making it a great spot to unwind. The food was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, catering to a variety of tastes. What made the experience truly memorable was the stunning view of the backwaters right from the property, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop throughout the stay.

There are quite few things that could be improved. You have comfy and easy access to swimming pool only if you had selected one of those lake view rooms. Otherwise there are no changing rooms or showering rooms nearby pool and you have to change into your swimsuit and come to pool. That didn't bother me but going back to your room in wet swimsuit back was a bit annoying. So in short you can enjoy the pool the best if you selected the cottage rooms nearby pool. Also the pool was nice and clean but mostly crowded and it is small pool width wise but lengthy one. The hair Dryer in my room was a bit old one and could be changed.

Staff were very friendly. Most of those at reception were very kind and they responded immediately for any issues. Room was neat and clean. I didn't have time to taste the food inside restaurants here but the ambience seems nice

The pool is good but the hotel must be more strict about people not entering the pool in normal t shirts, even shoes! No one says anything, it didnt feel right.

The property has an excellent location, and the restaurant serves excellent food, kudos to the chef. The food at the main restaurant was too good. Staff is very friendly, always keen to solve problems if any and with a smile.

The geographic area is very humid, so the towels after one use don’t dry well in the room.

It’s on a beautiful spot and good food, a closed compound, has 2 restaurants with nice food. The pool is amazing. There is a good gym. Tours from the hotel are good, with good cars and drivers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The property was abit dated.

The rooms were very clean and the location was great. The resort style vibe was my favourite. Breakfast spread was good although would have preferred more non vegetarian options.

Half a kilometre to the resort, Google map misguided us to a very narrow passage taking to the property which was too congested. We’d turn back and take the other way.

It’s one of the best properties I’ve ever visited. Wonderful view with excellent facilities. Their pool is a standout. We got a free upgrade to a lake view cottage. Though the rooms and furniture are a bit aged, they were spotless clean. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking.

The entrance to the property is a little dodgy. If some effort can be made to work with the council to repair the roads entering the property that would be great.
