Like other hotels or resorts they didn't provide a kettle or tea or sugar or other things. They gave soaps. And they don't have a option to include food with the package

The place was very nice in terms of the location and the room which we got...the people their was very friendly and helpful. Also we loved the accessibility of the place like its on the north cliff and its easy to go out to have food or any other visit and its very quiet inside the resort despite of the busy market on the cliff.. also they have a very calm full cafe right in front of the resort.

Location was pretty good. There could have been a decent parking within the property. Had to park about 200 to 300 meters away and was a little bit worried and had to keep a tab on the car. Every other things that is needed for a stay in Varkala is perfect. Nice restaurant in the front of this place run by the same people. Perfect food and gathering during the evening and the environment was lively.

The hospitality, and few things which is required is tissue paper and often the electricity/power cut is on and off. Not accessible any transportation to Hotel.

1.cleaning was average , there was dust on curtains , toilet was not that clean , shower cubicle was tiny , water draining from shower cubicle was not efficient , 2. we didnt got an ironing box , 3. daily cleaning not done , 3.there was no official reception at this property

No staff availability during night. No telephone no kitchen. Whole cottage is on your own disposal. However, location is prime but not value dor money. You can find similar or good rooms in same price range.

Please provide at least basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, tissues, an electric kettle, and one glass.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. While the location was good, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was no breakfast provided, and the room lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and tissues. The heater in the room was also not working, making the stay uncomfortable. When I asked if they could provide at least a toothpaste, they told me they don’t provide such basic items. We had to face difficulties finding a shop open early in the morning to buy a toothbrush and toothpaste, which is usually a standard offering in most hotels. To make matters worse, there was no electric kettle in the room. My 2-year-old child needs milk multiple times a day, and we had no way of getting hot water for her. We had to beg the nearest shop for some hot water for our kid. Additionally, the area outside the rooms was unsanitary, with dogs and cats defecating right in front of the rooms. The place was not well-maintained, and I encountered numerous issues that made the stay unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
