We had the pleasure of staying at Raghunandan Palace, Udaipur from 18.07.25 to 20.07.25 and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by warm smiles and impeccably behaved staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt. The ambience of the palace is simply majestic , a perfect blend of traditional Rajasthani elegance and modern comfort. The interiors are tastefully done, exuding a calm, royal charm that makes you feel at home yet pampered. What truly stands out is the excellent service , every request was met with promptness and care. Rooms were spotless, common areas well-maintained and everything spoke of attention to detail and cleanliness. We left with beautiful memories, immense gratitude and a strong desire to return soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and class.

Way more satisfied with our stay here. Excellent staff, excellent facilities, excellent support from Terrace restaurant too, they prepared special Swaminarayan food for us late noon, it was delicious, Good & genuine Guidance on Site Seeings and about city exploration. We hired 4 px room , it was enough size and very convenient and Clean. Excellent Bathroom, room has an undecounter mini fridge too.

Room: The bed was large though it was a bit softer than we typically prefer (we're fans of harder mattresses). Still, it was a great stay. Breakfast: Few options besides Indian breakfast style. There were cereals available, but we missed having alternative milk options like almond, coconut, oat, or soy milk. Bread was available, though it only came with butter and a sweet fruit jam. For drinks, coffee and tea were offered, but there was no bottled water – only filtered water, which might not be ideal for international travelers.

Staff:
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist with anything you need. While most of them don't speak much English, most of the times that wasn’t a problem thanks to Google Translate! Room:
We booked the most affordable room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious, cozy, and clean it was (especially considering we are in India!). The room had plenty of space for our luggage and belongings. Bathroom:
The bathroom was a standout feature – modern, spacious, and clean. It included all the essentials like toilet paper, soap, and a fantastic rain shower. Breakfasts:
The breakfast was primarily Indian-style, and the portions were generous. Location:
The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and about 2.5 km from the city center. While it's a bit farther from the tourist attractions, we found it to be an easy walk or an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride. Plus, the area is peaceful and quiet, with no noise from the train tracks, which we really appreciated. Amenities:
The hotel features a rooftop restaurant and a small lobby at the entrance. Inside the room, there's a comfy armchair, a desk chair, and a small table – perfect for working or relaxing. Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was fantastic – fast and reliable, which is always a plus!

Had to ask for towels and room service cleaning could have been better.

Excellent place to stay as it is very new and facilities are very good. Details given below. Few things can be improved like better house keeping. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 4/5 | Location: 5/5 Rooms Spacious with mini fridge desk etc Nearby activities Close to all activities Safety Felt very safe as there is someone at the reception always. No locker in room but you can leave valuable stuff at the reception. Food & drinks Very nice breakfast and lunch and dinner available at the restaurant on 4th floor. Noteworthy details Beds very comfortable, nice decor, friendly staff and manager very accommodating. High tech bathroom with rain shower.

Overall the place was good and clean. But the staff was not good and the receptionist was not good at all. He was allegedly blaming us for the hotel’s water bottles lost which was taken by the house keeping only. And they wasted my half an hour.
