recreation activities like PS5, cycling should be made complimentary as many good brands do not charge for the same. and 1 last thing, that even the rooms were available the next day, we were denied for late checkout and 1st we were informed that hotel is completely occupied and after showing the reception guy that rooms are available, then he said that its their policy. finally, we were given late checkout extending just 1 hour as we requested for 2 hours.

Everything is charged separately/additionally, for example recreational room games. The room allocated had some ants and we had to get it changed. Check-in process was a bit long. Ideally, they could have collected all the information upfront via email without making my entire family wait for room keys. Alternative arrangements for Karoke were not done, it was just cancelled due to rain. Check-in time is too late... 3 pm. We had a 3 guests room but neither the bath towels, coffee/tea, etc was kept accordingly.

The food (dinner buffet) is a hit and miss with some items excellent and others not so great. Same with breakfast, excellent spread but individual items hit and miss. For the number of guests the staff in the restaurant seems inadequate. The pool changing cleanliness was not at all upto the mark. For a 5 star property they need to pay attention to the finer details.

The location and ambience is excellent. It is in a nice and quiet area with all facilities available at the hotel. The bar is done beautifully!! The rooms are big spacious and well done..!

Food quality has detoriated than earlier. Cost saving is always welcome unless it’s visible in a crude way. I would strongly recommmend to reconsider and address few low hanging items which provides ‘woah’ effect including toiletries and serving complimentary bottled water at breakfast - as these costs are practically negligble & presumably included in the overall package and does not really bleed the bottomline.

I am a repeat customer at this property, I and my family like this property. We celebrated our anniversary and the property joined us in celebrating it as well, we sincerely appreciate this gesture.

Charging on using the amenities like indoor games was not justified as customer paying a handsome amount of staying in the property.

Overall my stay at Radisson lonavala was really good. Kids area is too good and hàs all amenities required to keep under 5 kid engaged. Swim area is very good too. Food is excellent too expect more rush on weekends. Still will rate this place 9 or 9.5 on 10 overall experience was really very nice. Only. Cons power cut at night time and construction sound as they had some marriage ceremony going on in campus.
