Front desk was pathetic. It was too expensive for the facilities provided. They also applied dynamic pricing for the same room. My room rent increased by 700 Rs on day 2, they could not explain the reason. Overall quite disappointing.
F&B and housekeeping was very good. Front desk and reception were unsupportive and non-cooperative.

Could do with some anti-slip mats in the shower and grab rails for safety.

Service may be faster.
Staff members r very supportive n have a good way of talking. Ambiance is very attractive. Room is very well settled. Everything was just awesome. Easy to find the location. Overall, best hotel to stay for anyone.

The service in the restaurants is painfully slow. I have stayed here for the past three years and there has been no improvement in the least.

It was felt that adequate efforts were lacking in keeping the meals warm till the end of the buffet. Swimming Pool was available only till 6 pm for in-house guests. The car park has not yet been fully constructed.
The Hotel faces the Ramgarh Taal giving an excellent view from the rooms. The Breakfast spread is very good, although there is scope for improvement in variety. The staff were courteous, polite, and helpful.

1. The swimming pool was closed because of a wedding , this was a little bit disappointing because we looked forward to it ! 2. We have booked a double bed , got 2 single beds and the promise to make 1 double bed for us .. although we have ask them again to fix it .. they never give us feedback why they did not arrange it but promised us 3. There was no Coca Cola Zero / diet 4. I made an appointment for a manicure but they did not had gell polish💅after that the girl cut my nails . But positive is that they did not let us pay because they saw the miscommunication . 5. We had diner in the Kabab restaurant but ask them to explain you the menu .. the menu was not clear for us ! So we ask for explanation but the manager said , let me surprise you , trust me and we did … delicious snack after good tasting snack they put on our plate .. Wenn they said ; now we are going to start the main dish , we had no space in our stomach any more … we felt shameful about it ! The desserts are really Indian , although we always love desserts , this taste is not our cup of tea; but we like the enthousiasme from the staf and the music very much !
Big comfortable quitte room with a wonderful view through the big windows (from the ceiling to the floor )over the big lake and the busy road from gorakphur. The yoga & gym are really great because of this view . The rooftop swimming pool we saw was also super ( but we were not allowed to swim in it ) the massage is very expensive if you compare it with outside the hotel but from a very good quality we enjoy it very much . 2 restaurants , the biggest breakfast buffet we ever saw . The staff is doing everything to make you happy , almost … see what we did not like ☺️. The reception inform you very well about transport . There is a bar where they make good cocktails with really nice snacks .We had a nice relax day in this hotel after 6 weeks of traveling around in India and Nepal this was a very pleasant break and we were one the only western we saw in the hotel a very positive experience because of all the beautiful dressed lady’s who went to a wedding party because it is wedding season in India & Nepal now.

The elevator is often malfunctioning, overloaded and wait times are long. The salon closed suddenly without notice.
A good hotel to stay in Gorakhpur, close to the airport and the railway station is also nearby. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Nothing major except staff neeed grooming ; training on customer' s requirements. Their responsiveness is awfully slow on any of the demand.

Toiletries are below standards, especially soaps, moisturizer and shampoo. I remember you had better ones earlier "Biotique" The old worn-out carpets should be replaced with new one in all rooms.

The entry of the hotel is on a busy lane with indiscipline traffic.
The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were supportive and helpful . That impressed me the most.

Rooms could be better soundproofed as the hotel is located at a busy junction with constant traffic noise. One of my rooms was not properly cleaned while checking in, housekeeping could be a little more attentive. Strangely this hotel does not offer shower gel, only a soap bar. Called housekeeping a number of times to request for shower gel but I was informed they only have soap bar. The lifts are slow, especially during peak periods, and the buttons are difficult to press.
Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast selection, rooms are comfortable and relatively spacious. TV has a good selection of channels. Location is good as there is a decent sized mall with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance.
