Bathroom cleanliness & Taps condition. Standard room is full of mosquitoes, immediately we shifted to AC room, but AC is not at all effective nor maintained well. No food options.

Space of the room & easily approachable location. Nice corridors of the apartment.

The taste of food was good. Staycation was comfortable. The behaviour of the owner and staff was good and easy to communicate. I really recommend it. I would like to visit again there.

The rooms were not well decorated or something with necessary items...It echoed a lot because it was empty...It was not well ventilated and the first room that we booked was completely covered to suffocating limits...We changed to AC room, but the ventilation was still an issue. Ventilation and exhaust fan must be given...Otherwise okay.

Big rooms, well mannered staff, parking facility, silent, spacious building, clean locality, okay location, etc. All good for most travellers. 👍

The location is in the residential back roads of the main commercial street so it can be a little tricky to find your way to the property. But if you want someplace quiet, clean with good cost-performance value, I would recommend this place.

The proprietor was an excellent host and was attentive and pro-active with keeping the guests satisfied. This was my second stay here and will definitely come back.

It's about 3.5 km away from the center point mall, and it's in a residential area with winding back streets. Rapido and Uber drivers can sometimes find it a little confusing to find the location.

The water in the bathroom was almost cold .I prefer hot water as it is hygienic and so I don't get skin rashes.the bathroom was small and not very appealing .I prefer to go out after sunset when the weather is cooler and I prefer to stay at places with 24 hour entry having the gates locked at 10 pm made my time out very short and hurried .The place was within walking distance to shops but I never liked the open drains in front of the shops where food was sold that had a strong unpleasant smell like sewage which would not be acceptable in most countries in the world

Pleasant staff .lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful .the price was excellent value .the room was extra big and spacious with clean white ceramic floor tiles ..The conditioner appeared fairly new and it worked very well in very high summer temperatures
