Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOne area that could be improved is the check-in process. It took almost 30 minutes, and our second room was ready only after about 1.5 hours. When I called reception, I was told someone would call me back shortly, but no update was received. When I went downstairs to check, the reception staff appeared busy with personal conversations. This delay was inconvenient after a long journey. Additionally, we noticed a lapse in housekeeping, as a used item was left in the room, which was unexpected in an otherwise reputed hotel.
I recently stayed at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity Delhi with my family for a short 11-hour stay before catching our flight to London. Overall, it was a pleasant experience—the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, making it a nice choice for family travel. We also had dinner at the hotel, which offered a good variety of food options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. On the positive side, the staff remained polite and courteous throughout. I must especially mention the Duty Manager, who was very professional and went out of her way to arrange a doctor on call for my wife when needed. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference to our stay and left us with a positive impression. In summary, a family-friendly hotel with excellent food, good facilities, and caring staff, though improvements in housekeeping and the check-in process would enhance the experience further.

CanadaSecurity was unreasonable. They were quizzing me about a scissor that was in my suitcase! Some food in the restaurant was too bland.
The staff were exceptionally good. I've stayed in other Aerocity hotels near DEL Airport, and the staff of this is the best. Warm behavior and willing to go the extra mile.
