Lots of noice from the other rooms and corridors. Bicycle was not in good shape and the gym has few things which is not fully functional. The restaurant breakfast is a bit expensive for family.

Veg food is not good here. We ordered kadhai paneer but it was not good. Also other veg items are very average.

Staff is very polite. Location is a bit far from Munnar but it is a good location and easily accessible. It has a very peaceful environment. Non-veg food is also very nice.

The resort lacks lift which we feel a necessary otherwise our stay there was pleasant.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff and stunning views the restaurant was lovely and reasonable but the extras like the park, farm, camp fire, disco area for the kids, football pitch, and bike make this hotel something special! The pool could do with some maintenance as it could be cleaner and my children kept cutting their feet in broken tiles at the bottom, this is the only reason I’m not eating this hotel as perfect

At times there were loud guests. Hooks in the bathroom would be a most welcome addition. Perhaps a little shelf in the shower too would be nice.

From the most welcoming smile of the security guard as we arrived, to our most helpful and kind hosts — all the staff in the kitchen, and assistants for luggage, laundry, and room service too — everyone did their best to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The view from our room was peaceful and our space was comfortable.

Great facilities for family. Beautiful swimming pool, separate park with sliders and jhoolas for children , stage with music for dance, lush beautiful gardens and breathtaking view from the balcony. Definitely recommended for a family vacation. Food also very good. Staff were very cooperative. Great cleanliness and hygiene too.

A PERFECT STAY WITH UNMATCHED HOSPITALITY I had an absolutely delightful stay at this resort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was undoubtedly the large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the serene hills. The compound was beautifully landscaped, featuring vibrant flowers, cozy benches, and a playground for children. There is a fully equipped gym for the fitness enthusiasts. They even offer a complimentary biking facility, which was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I've encountered in my many travels. Dining at the restaurant was a treat, with delicious food that catered to our spice preferences perfectly. My Dutch partner particularly appreciated this thoughtful touch. The staff were always smiling, respectful, and courteous, making us feel right at home. The owners were present around the premises and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When I returned from a day of sightseeing with inflammated feet, they kindly provided ice packs and pain balms. The resort also features a cozy campfire, a charming small animal farm, and a stage with lighting for entertainment. It's conveniently located within driving distance to major sightseeing destinations like Munnar, Thekkady, and Theni, with taxi services available if needed. Overall, this resort offers a clean, safe, family-friendly environment that provides great value for money. Foreign nationals will especially appreciate the tranquil and beautiful surroundings. location was not easily accessible from Munnar, Anachal, or the nearby towns, hiking trails and main attractions such as tea plantations, eravikulam national park, chokramudi peak.

The room offered perfect mountain views and weather (visited in Dec), and the grounds were very well maintained. The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was very good.
