Never take a car option from staff. They over sell the travel service. Better get from somewhere else for sightseeing. Breakfast can be better with more options.

I couldn't figure out that the hotel did not have lift. It caused some issue for my mom who has hard time climbing stairs.

The rooms were good and the view from balcony was nice. Quite and calm place to stay. One of the room provided to us was very spacious.

Night time temperature falls bellow 10 degree so it would have be cozy if the room are fitted with the heater

Resort is located on the hill top with great view and very quite place to relax. Food was really good and staffs are very friendly

They don't provide you slippers in the room and the weather was extremely cold, one cannot wear shoes all the time. So looking on the climate conditions they should provide slippers to the guest

Location abit far from ooty town/lake. Hot water works in geyser system. Have to wait 20min after each use for the water to heat up again and hot water lasts for about 5min only. Took us a lot time to get ready. We gave our clothes for laundry, they have burnt and spoiled few of our dresses and didn’t inform us about it as they passed the burnt dresses very late(when we check out and we had no time to check) and it was folded nicely. Please check the dresses before paying and try not to give expensive dresses for laundry. But hotel management did apologise for the mistake after photos of burnt clothes were sent.

Staffs were super nice to us. Accommodating. Our request was full filled by them. Rooms were spacious. They have a in house restaurant. Chef makes delicious food. especially at night it was very convenient as we can’t go out.

The rooms could have been more tidy. The doors and windows were very shabby which caused room to be very cold during night times. Only one blanket was available. One more could have been provided.

The food was exceptional. Timely service of food both in restaurant as well as in room service. In spite of having limited menu, they served high quality food. The view from the room during morning and night was heavenly.

Some indoor activities could be set up which i think the property is in the process of setting up

Location on the way to Dodabetta Peak is great, weather cooler than Ooty town with fog rolling in the evenings make it an experience. The staff were helpful. Good thing is the warm water on as and when required. Food may be a bit lacking in variety but the food itself was very good quality. Last but not least, the Wifi was good. Keep up the good work.

Room should always equipped with heater, because any thing below 10deg C heater should be mandatary. Hence please try to accommodate in future

Can improve food quality and taste. 1st stay dinner was good, 2nd day food was okay, not that great. Breakfast also very limited items without much choices. But rest all good and peaceful. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.

Staff service was excellent and location is also very good. We enjoyed the cold weather as it near to highest peak.
