Healthy items should be included in the food list. I feel that the food was too spicy for me. Please make minor changes to the food menu. Besides, you need to make the swimming pool, spa and other amenities available for the customers.

The hotel is truly an amazing place, which has a lot of amenities. I loved the service over there, and there were all facilities readily available there, such as room service, food, snacks to eat during recess etc. Bed was also very soft, and I loved the way in which the drinks are arranged in the room, making it an ideal place to party as well, when I come with friends.

The location is superb. You can actually walk to the area with all those gorgeous saree stores like Shreedevi silk, Pothys etc. Comfortable room, rooftop restaurant and a very good breakfast

The location is not too convenient. We need to travel far to get to the malls and places of attraction. The bed was too soft and not comfortable. The aircon was not too cold.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The buffet was awesome. There's many varieties of food.

Several things need improvement: - gym = basically only treadmill & dumbells. No yoga mat, no remote for AC. - bed = uncomfortable topper & pillows. Bed underneath the topper is much nicer so we got rid of it after first night - wifi = coupon expires at 12.00 on checkout date with no mercy. We were extending our stay and the wifi password expired in the middle of my business meeting

The air condition control is fixed on the wall, would be better if it is a handheld remote control. Shower system is bit inconvenient as the overhead shower is too high & handheld is not adjustable.

But will never dine here. Absolutely overpriced for the mediocre food and almost non existent choice of beer. They only had kingfisher strong. Come on Elanza, have some more options to choose from. And what's up with that ridiculous pricing for your items on that menu. It's a total rip off. A simple meal cost me 4k!!!! Cranberry juice with some cut apple pieces at 449!!! Just doesn't align with the standard pricing practice. Please fix that please. I will for sure never go to your restaurant. Might as well eat tissue paper dipped in sauce and go to bed than eat that 4000 INR meal. We were not let into the night club because..eh..we were not appropriately dressed. Totally respect the night club policy. So no concerns here. I underestimated the coimbatore wild night club scenes. Next time...I am going to burn the dance floor in my neatly pressed maroon velvet/codroi tuxedo.

The hotel, the front desk and bell boys were fantastic. Will definitely stay here again..
