Rooms size differs even it is in same category. Some rooms are little congested. If somebody smokes in any of the bath room, that smell you can feel through the exhaust. However Cleanliness and other things are good in room.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the nature. Weather was amazing. Always drizzling whenever the cloud passes.. Breakfast is awesome woth different varieties of Food. Enjoyed it

Food was not at all tasty, good and warm. We still had time to order dinner in the restaurant but since they had buffet service, they refused and we were ask to choose dishes from buffet and counted at A la carte rates but were never given the menu card. The staff too is very unprofessional.

Nothing much except the AC in my room was not working properly.

Should be notice on balcony 'beware of monkeys" we left the door open they knicked our biscuits and crisps for a party on the balcony 😉. Use of small plastic bottles.

Wish we stayed longer, definitely top spot in our tour. Natural location. Good activities short thrilling jeep safari, rope walking. Excellent breakfast.

Housekeeping was very slow, we had to wait for toilet paper for a few hours once we had run out. The phone didn’t work in the room to call reception or room service. But they had a mobile number to call instead so we could still get in contact.

The location and view from the room was breathtaking. The service at the restaurant was really good and they catered the food from the restaurant to the room as well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I booked a premium room, but the room is dirty with no proper house keeping..not worth it for 17000. Swimming pool is very small, only 4-5 people can use it at a time.

Rooms can become hot and the fans can be quite noisy. It's worth paying for the air-conditioned rooms. They need to add English tv channels for international travelers.

Breakfast and Dinner are generous. Staff are very friendly. Hotel has a wonderful view and is very clean.

Ambience and food was really good. View from the Hotel was very beautiful. Hotel organized Jeep Ride was exciting and activities was fun.

The breakfast and dinner hours were too short for the number of guests, so the dining room was always over crowded, with too few tables. I would have preferred an earlier breakfast and an earlier dinner option. We arrived with all of our plans made and weren’t interested in any extra activities. It felt like the staff wouldn’t take “no, thank you,” for an answer and kept trying to sell us extras. The checkout process took far too long for the bill to be tallied, the room checked and the bags to be brought down.

The view of the tea plantation was exceptional. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, with tons of variety. The room was very comfortable. Room service was also good outside of the dining room hours. I also appreciated that they printed our boarding pass for us.
