Our stay at palette was a pleasant one.staff are incredibly helpful and kind. they even accommodated us in a room on the ground floor since we were travelling with elderly people. He suggested what to do, where to go and his staff were helpful throughout. Would recommend this place if you're looking to stay near the Dasashwamedh Ghat place

Very good hotel . the room provided to us were superb... nice location... they have parking 200 mtrs away from the hotel but it's secured... we had a fantastic Breakfast Owner attitude as he knows very well that his hotel is best in locality... but once you arrive he is very sweet and helps in all the way... do make the payment upfront to get confirmation as we saw couple of guests.It was very place to stay, really loved everything there. We enjoyed thé welcome of the hôtel and the comfort of the accommodation. We particularly appreciated the kindness and attentive attention of staff, a membre of thé staff of the hôtel. My room was super clean and neat. The pictures actually look like the actual room. Which isn’t always a given when travelling in India. A very comfortable place to stay. Would highly recommend.

location is really good. The rooms were clean. And the breakfast just wow!! though it is a bit on the costlier side but its totally worth it. The staff were cooperative too I must say. Centrally located and being pet friendly this helped us a lot. Staff prepared breakfast for us outside of regular hours.
