The surrounding area and streets may not be the cleanest, but this does not detract from the overall experience. Another plus is the reliable pickup service. We were taken to our driver, but the hotel can arrange a pickup with a Tuk-Tuk for guests upon request.

Our expectations were far exceeded at the Padma Haveli Jaipur. We felt incredibly welcome from the very beginning, thanks in no small part to the dedicated and warm staff. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also pleasantly spacious and looked exactly like the photos on the website. We were offered daily room cleaning, which we found to be a very thoughtful touch. The food—both breakfast and dinner—was outstanding. The dishes were not only of excellent quality and very tasty but also exceptionally affordable. A small but lovely pool on the rooftop is also available. The entire hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and extremely accommodating service. The staff was always eager to fulfill our every wish. We would like to extend a special thanks to Pooja, Rohit, and Sachim, who took such great care of us. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone who wants to explore Jaipur on foot. Many of the most important sights, such as the Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and the Jaipur City Palace, are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Overall, the Padma Haveli Jaipur is an absolute top choice in Jaipur. If you are looking for a clean, affordable, and centrally located hotel with excellent service, this is the perfect place. We can recommend it without hesitation and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jaipur.

Restaurant food was average at best and needs improvement. Restaurant is purely vegetarian, which may not suit a lot of international guests. Bar was not open despite it being advertised on the hotel website and no alcohol served in their restaurant. Access is not easy and was not advised of this prior to arrival. Staff - some very surly with attitude and others very helpful.

Beautiful property and very spacious rooms.

Unfortunately the neighborhood is not clean, but the hotel itself is beautiful and the hotel made a lot of effort to provide regular e-rickshaw shuttles for guests to reach the main road

The New Luxury — A Home Away from Home I stayed at Padmaa Jaipur right after my engagement, and I genuinely couldn’t have imagined a better space to relax, reflect, and be cared for. It felt like home — intimate, soulful, and deeply nurturing in all the ways that truly matter. Even though Padmaa isn’t a traditional 5-star hotel, there is absolutely no compromise on comfort or quality. Everything is beautifully branded, super hygienic, and thoughtfully standardized. The attention to detail was incredible — from the linen to the toiletries, it all felt intentional and elevated. The food was outstanding, and the breakfast menu was hands down the best I’ve experienced in Jaipur. I practically survived the summer heat on their refreshing complimentary lime iced teas — such a thoughtful touch! What touched me most was the heart — the people. A huge thank you to Monica, Raj, Bunti, and Sangeeta — each of you made me feel seen, held, and truly welcomed. You even left me with a beautiful, heart-warming farewell gift, which I’ll always cherish. The Padmaa team also gave me amazing local recommendations — from where to get the best pyaaz ki kachori, to peaceful temples, to hidden shopping gems. It made my trip feel personal and rooted in the soul of Jaipur. Honestly, I’ve stayed at multiple 5-star properties in Jaipur over the years — and I can say with all my heart: this was better. This is the new luxury. Boutique warmth, quiet elegance, and the kind of human connection you just can’t fake. Thank you, Padmaa. I already can’t wait to be back. — Saniya

Beautiful building, very responsive to booking requests, tucked away down a narrow street but a very helpful tuktuk service that was available to drive you in and out with bags. Rooftop pool was lovely. Excellent location near the older parts of town. When we visited it was newly opened, so some small teething issues with breakfast, but I’m sure these will improve as the staff were responsive and keen to hear feedback. Looking forward to returning when the bars are open, as both the cocktail bar and the rooftop bar look like they will be lovely.

The pool is a plunge pool, covered so even on a really hot day, the water was surprisingly cool.

We had a fantastic stay here, the room was so generous in size and even though it was over 40 degree's, we were always so comfortable here. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating even when we had to make last minute changes due to travel disruptions, nothing was an issue. When we stayed, their liquor license wasn't processed but they had a bar set up and ready to go which would be the only thing currently lacking.

The hotel can’t be reached by car because of the narrow streets, however the hotel is very efficient with organizing pick up from the nearby main road. The hotel restaurant is good but most of the times I was the only person eating there. There was WiFi in the room but I had to let the concierge connect my phone to it (they didn’t give me the WiFi login details). I’m not sure if more than one device could be connected. Air conditioning in the room was ok for me, but probably not strong enough for people who like strong air conditioning.

Very charming and welcoming hotel in the old part of Jaipur. Family owned and managed. Location is great for sightseeing. The hotel was recently restored (in 2022-2024) and it looks very new and fresh. Clean and peaceful.

Padmaa Jaipur was an absolute dream. An exquisite property, beautifully and tastefully decorated with spacious bedrooms accommodating your every need. Really loved the communal spaces, especially the rooftop pool, which was an absolute blessing in the Jaipur heat. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, particularly on the front desk. I really appreciated the small touches at the hotel, the espresso machine, the welcome drink, the mini bar, the small parting souvenir and the free tuk-tuk shuttles provided to the main road. The food at the hotel restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious.

A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of Jaipur inside the city walls, accessible to most sights and markets. The staff are wonderful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There really isn’t anything to dislike. We stayed in room 206 which was adjacent to the storage room and the team stacked towels and dirty linens on the pathway to our room. This could be improved.

The friendliest staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Could not thank Raj and his team enough.

The hotel had been recently refurbished and was styled and finished to the highest standard. The staff could not have been more helpful, and it was positioned in the old town not far from the City Palace. The hotel was within a narrow street area, but the hotels electric rickshaws would get you to the main road and assist with transport.

WOW WOW, feels like you are walking into a Wes Anderson movie. You are immediately greeted by amazing and caring staff. The history and story of this place is also amazing. They go above and beyond - they woke up around 5am and made us breakfast to go. Everything was beautiful inside the room, attention to detail was clearly there. Would recommend this over and over - great location. They even had free rickshaws right outside!

The outside vicinity of the hotel- which the hotel cannot help. Hope the authorities clean up the areas.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and attentive and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. My only reservation was the pathway to the hotel - where cars cant go in and its dirty. However, the hotel mitigates this with a buggy that brings us out to the main road. Good for couple stays. The rooftop bar that has not yet open looks amazing. Location is right in the pink city just few metres from tripoli bazaar which is filled with lehengas, sarees and bangles. Easy reach to most areas and sights around jaipur.

The basic hotel amenities expected of such a pricey hotel were subpar for a number of reasons: 1. There was no free parking available nor basic facilities for the driver. The hotel wasn’t even car accessible. 2. The location was in the middle of the slums (females have to be mindful of what they wear in the areas surrounding the hotel). 3. The hotel didn’t have a liquor license and we had to buy alcohol in the liquor store nearby to drink in our room. 4. The prices were comparable to other 5 star hotels around the city with much better facilities.

    The rooms were decent
