Bit dislocated and difficult to reach if you are in main city of Srinagar

The cottage is very old structured building. There is no system of heated the pool water despite of chilling cold weather

relatively high price. rooms weren’t ready. very limited breakfast menu. visible poor training to f&b staff - milk served in cup. tea cup without saucer. found a cockroach in the bathroom .

Overpriced. Breakfast could have been much better. Definitely not a 5* property. You just pay for the view. Also, note that this property is nearly an hour and a half from Srinagar airport.

The property is in a beautiful location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and cosy. Overall it's a good self contained property nested amongst the Himalayas. And the spa is really good.

The spa It’s not worth getting the spa services done as the place is near the pool and has common washrooms so very noisy,and was not satisfied with the products used

No services were included in the cost. We were asked for additional charges for basic facilities like sauna, etc., after paying high room tariffs. Location was a bit far from the city centre.

The above head shower tap was loose, the taps a bit old. There should be a safe in room. The keys should be magnetic cards and not old metal ones .

The staff, including Deepak from spa , Jaffer from room service were helpful. The property with its orchard , park, spa and lounge is excellent and very well kept. The washroom was spacious .

Our stay at Orchard Retreat and Spa, in serene apple garden, was truly a blessing. Heartfelt thanks to the management, particularly the pleasing senior managers Oais and Abrar, for going above and beyond to make us feel special. The scenic views, well-equipped rooms, and prompt room service added to the overall pleasure of our stay. Special thanks to Tanveer our dedicated chauffeur for the entire 9-day exploration of Kashmir. He was with us for the whole 9-day trip, helping with various activities and taking us to different parts of Kashmir - Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonemarg. Special mention to Rabia at the front desk, whose magnificent smile and helpful voice added a personal touch to every request. The kitchen team, led by the talented head chef Raieez and supported by seniors Javed and Akhter, along with the camaraderie of Rafik, Latif, Parvez, Jefer Tahir, and Dhanish, crafted delightful meals. Their dedication extended to ensuring the children received exactly what they desired. The housekeeping team also played a vital role in maintaining the rooms beautifully. Kashmir, often termed paradise on earth, lived up to its reputation, and the local Kashmiris demonstrated the pinnacle of hospitality. The community helpers deserve a big salute for making the world a better place by helping guests. In conclusion, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The beauty of Kashmir and the warmth of its people left a lasting impact. We express our heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude for an experience that we will carry with us for the rest of our lives. My stay at Orchard with my parents was like, the best thing ever! The rooms were sooo comfy, and the view outside was like, WOW! They had everything – games, books, a cool pool, and spa. And guess what? The 'Kahwa' drink they gave us was so yummy, I can't stop thinking about it! But you know what made Orchard super cool? The staff! made the yummiest food ever, especially the Kashmiri Pulav – it was like a party in my tummy! I don't usually write a review comment, but Kashmir was too pretty, and the people were so nice! Orchard is my new fav place, and I totally tell everyone to go there! And, Tanveer uncle, our cab driver, was like a superhero! He took us everywhere for 9 whole days – Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonemarg – it was like a dream! I'm a 12-year-old girl, and this trip was the absolute BEST! 😄✨
