We loved the entire experience. Felt like you are staying in someone's home and not a hotel. Lovely garden with a stunning pool. The heritage nature , the boutique size, the lovely art work, scrumptous food, and impecebale service made our stay perfect. This is not your typical hotel, it's how travelling should be.

this hotel was just what I hoped for, the staff were so genuinely kind and helpful, they were always nearby but not overly attentive which can be off-putting. The Kerala seafood curries where outstanding - the coconut, cashew prawns and the fish curry with the parotta. these are my favourite dishes and I will return again just to eat it. the dogs that live there made it feel like home for me, was nice to finally be able to pet some dogs in India. The art, antiques, landscape, pool, the private outdoor shower, the details...down to the music they played make this stay 5 stars for me, I wish I could have stayed a few more nights - next time! they also provided me laundry service on short notice and let me check out later as I had a late flight.

We absolutely loved staying at Old Harbour. What a beautiful, tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle outside. There were lots of options on my list when looking to stay in Fort Kochi, but this hotel seemed to have more authenticity and charm, and it certainly lived up to those expectations. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and garden were wonderful - lots of lush trees and exotic birds. The laundry service was exceptional (took our whites from brown back to white again). The staff were friendly and hospitable - a special mention for Sukesh, the evening/morning manager, who went above and beyond to talk to all the guests and ensure everyone was comfortable and enjoying their stay. He was so kind, warm and caring. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were lovely, very accommodating from the moment we stepped out of our taxi. Very kind to our children and took the time to learn their names. The pool was lovely, the food was excellent. We also got upgraded on arrival which is always nice!

The Old Harbour hotel is located very convieniently in Fort Kochi, many attractions being only a few minutes walk away. The building itself is very quaint and amenable for longer periods of rest - for instance, at the swimming pool. We really enjoyed the hotel breakfast (included), and the food & wine we occasionally ordered for dinner.

Our rooms were spacious and had a great view but probably due to the age of the hotel smelt a little humid. It would not put me off returning though, we loved it

The hotel had a wonderful feel, great atmosphere, fabulous service. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. Jude kindly organised a taxi service even for the days following our stay with Old Harbour. Location is perfect, close to the sea and the tradtional Chinese fishing nets. Food was wonderful too. I can strongly recommend this hotel and I'd love to go back.

The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us with our planning for departure late in the day and did everything possible for our comfort. The hotel is nicely located, close to the shore. The food was great - starting the day with a masala dosa was great. We enjoyed our dinner as well. No time for us for the spa or pool, but it was nice they were available. Great place!

This property is a gem with a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Best of all, the staff are exceptional. They will welcome you with open arms even when you arrive close to midnight, and will help you at even turn. It was sad to leave, as it felt like we were leaving new friends behind. Nothing not to like or say anything bad about the hotel. If you are a light sleeper the towns dogs seem to have a mad hour through the night but this adds to the charm

Whilst being in the busy bustling part of the town you are enclosed by a magical garden & a pool looking back at a beautiful mansion. The staff are amazing and if you want ti ask the chef will create cuisine that is off the menu.
