Bedsheets/towels could've been a little cleaner

Beautifully located with loads of nature around it, multiple ponds, swans and a couple of cute watch towers. Good restaurants like Copper kitchen, 1980s cafe and Olam nearby. Will particularly recommend Rock villa, has a better TV than premium wood villa and also a freaking rock in the middle of the room! (Though no balcony, though we didn't really care)

The food was terrible. They weren't able to prepare decent vegetarian food and you need to order in advance for any lunch or dinner. The complimentary breakfast was just OK with very less options. Their new kitchen is coming up and have assured to improve the food quality.

The location and the rooms were good. They had decent indoor games for kids and the pool even though small was good. There's plenty of walking area, lots of greenery, lovely flowering plants and 2 good lakes.

Rooms should be sound proof and must improve their water filtering system. Access road should be maintained urgently.

The atmosphere is so calm n serene. Very helpful staff. Suitable for family and couples. Overall very good on marking. Though breakfast options are limited, tasty and healthy.

In our room, there was no Wi-Fi. Also, the TV service was not properly managed. I was following up again and again for the recharge Also very less facilities after paying 12,000 for night

There is no live kitchen during morning breakfast. Hence if there is nothing for you to eat then there is no option. We were denied all requests regarding this.

Niyatma resort stay was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the stunning interior and attention to detail. The unique coffee plantation was treat to watch. The staff was warm, friendly, and always available to assist. The amenities were top-notch, and the views from the rooms were breathtaking. It was the perfect escape for a truly luxurious experience. Staff is supportive and good, no restaurant or coffee shop but you are surrounded by coffee platation day time is very noisy as there is a quarry or stone crusher in the adjecent property which starts at 7 AM and works throught the day

1.The breakfast spread was of extremely poor quality. There was no live counter or even basic provisions like an omelette station, which was quite disappointing. 2.Room amenities were lacking — notably, no room slippers were provided. 3.Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable throughout my stay, which created inconvenience. 4.Meal order cut-off timings were unreasonably early — lunch orders had to be placed before 10:30 AM and dinner before 5:30 PM. Such rigid rules are not suitable for guests looking for a relaxed, leisure experience. 5.Room service was below expectations, with repeated follow-ups required for clearing used plates.
