Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Excellent location as it is inside airport and they issue passes for us to go out of airport. This allowed me to get an extra hour of sleeping.

United Kingdom1. the rooms had a weird smell , perhaps they were closed and unoccupied for a while, but it was a musky odour.. we were so tired, we just didnt decided to get the AC working and hit the bed. The AC took so long to get the temperature down.
Location: Right at the airport which was very convenient as it was a late flight and we were travelling with family and was past midnight due to the luggage being late . So the location was great.

IndiaGetting into the property, coming from City was a huge challenge as things were not clear. contacting the hotel or duty manager was intolerably irritating as they don’t respond to queries properly or promptly and left me as a customer in absolute confusion. The number when called doesn’t get connected if at all got a connection once, they hanged up on my face without completing the conversation. It was bad experience before and during check in. After that it was excellent!
Departure and check out was smooth. Getting out of the property to the airport departures with porter on call service was excellent.

Right inside the airport, it is ideal for persons catching a flight requiring you to check in at odd hours or very early in the morning. This allows you to grab a few hours of sleep before your flight. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. On this trip, there was a very good combo offer for drink & dinner, which we used.

United KingdomUnfortunately, when I checked in I was overcharged. Luckily I saw it before paying. Mistakes do happen, so maybe it was a genuine mistake, but it's weird it's usually overcharged, and rarely undercharged. So make sure you check your bill and your booking for the right amount!
It's very close to the exit in Terminal 2, so in 10 minutes you are there. The room was fairly quiet, though lots of people were talking in the hallways, and banging doors, even though they had signs saying it's a quiet zone. I woke up a few times. The breakfast was basic with not too many options, but okay. Only Indian options, no western options. The coffee was instant and not great.

IndiaCheck in- I had booked for Premium Queen Room through Booking.Com. But initially the reception staff allocated me the Comfort Class, which I realised when I entered. When I pointed out they apologised and changed to the correct class. If the checking-in guests are not careful they may be given wrong deal.
The location is excellent for transit passangers.
