Also the receptionist was bit rude..told me that he called me on my phone many times to confirm our arrival..but I didn't receive any call..I tried to explain but he was not in a mood to even hear me properly..Also I need to pay more money than which was shown in booking.com

Dear friends this location is perfectly good. But The thing is cleanliness is very bad. We booked the room one week before and the rate was 2680/- for two days and those who booked the same day they charged 1800/- for two days... why this differences?? The priority of lodging rent is High... for those who booked in advanced and who booked same day is very less...! When we went to lodging those rates are displayed very low. If you book the tickets through ONLINE rates are very high. So friends don't book the tickets in ONLINE. Orelse better to search another hotel.

GermanyMy stay was bad, the man at reception was unfriendly, credit cards not accepted. The bed with dirty bed sheets, plastic chair, no toilet paper. I paid 1170 INR and stayed at many better places in India for less money before.
The room itself was clean but pretty basic. There is a fan and you get abottle of water. It is located centrally so you can get to Aluva Metro, Railway and bus stop within 10 minutes.

IndiaVery bad experience! The room not suitable for families. It was not clean and had very little space. The room was very hot as it did not have an exhaust fan fitted. The bathroom was very narrow, and the ventilation window was not cleaned. It was covered in cobwebs. There was even a used condom on the window sill!
