I was travelling with an elderly person The room allocated was adjoining hence made our stay very comfortable and worry free. It had a very clean Bathroom and also the Bed was very comfortable.

1. Wifi did not work. 2.The water outlet in the bathroom was on the wrong side for which it made the whole bathroom wet and slippery.

Absolutely no recreational facilities No pool, Gym or Spa. Nothing around the hotel. No other activities even nearby. Had a small restaurant and bar ..but limited food options.

Neat clean rooms, but no balcony or patio to relax. Courteous staff 10 min walk to the beach

No extra facilities like swimming pool or kids play area. Far from main Daman and other beaches. Very loud sound from the restaurant on the terrace. Not value for money compared to other similarly priced hotels.

Safe not operational, no hot water, fridge not working, no hand towels, 2 guests, 1 shower gel. Basically not appropriate for the stars lots of noise at 6:45am with staff moving stuff or whatever - both nights.

The Door lock was a little hard to set

Room was excellent, spacious and had a comfortable bed. The amenities were adequate, Food and hospitality was excellent. All in all the stay was a pleasant one.

Staff is a bit arrogant , like i am something type of attitude particularly front officer, and 2 thing is that in afternoon they play cricket in back area of hotel which was so noisy so you cannot rest with that noise ,if you are looking for resting weekend place this place is not definitely for them, mini bar snacks were expired upon complaint they replied us that this snacks taste is like this only , like literally he was trying to tell us that we never had that 10 rs pack of snacks? If i am paying 30 RS for 10 Rs packs, snack, i definitely want it fresh, so many things are on request only , that's it

The manager Ms Flora. When I phoned for inquiry of my reservation she was very very rude an told me that the hotel was under renovation... Which was a lie. When I sent you people a Email again i got a Email from the main Manager Mr Deepak with his phone number.. I called the number back again Ms Flora told me no room was available... I paid money and checked into another hotel Because i did not trust Booking . Com any more As Presidency Landmark was also a bad experience. I paid Rs 3150 for the hotel i booked.. Then Ms Flora called me to say ur room is reserved. The hotel was great But Ms Flora also refused to apologise until i forced her to. She kept saying that I called her for another Hotel number when I called her from the phone number sent to me by Management Deepak. I lost rs 3150 because of her. Plus very bad experience. .

Ambience can be improved. Very little space on the entrance side. There is no pool. Parking is not within the property and is by the road side.
